This is a great home. Close to the Will Rogers complex. They have done a fantastic remodel! Everything worked well and it is a comfy and cute home. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay, 4 friends from the midwest traveling to TX for IF gathering 2024! Great communication, lovely, cozy home :)

The home is an older home but very charming! The location was perfect for what we needed! Julia the property manager was excellent to communicate with! We took walks in the surrounding neighborhoods daily and the area was just lovely!

We were in town to take our daughter and her cousin on a TCU tour and to go to the Baylor/TCU football game. The house was perfect for our group. Super clean. Julia was very responsive and gave us great recommendations for dinner. Really nice neighborhood with beautiful homes - we enjoyed our morning walks!

We stayed at this property to attend a few nights of seeing a band at Dickies. The house was perfect as it is close enough to walk there as well as the museums in the cultural district. The street parking with the permit is great and we parked in the back overnight. We felt very safe walking in the area late at night.
The beds were comfortable the kitchen was great.
We have no complaints at all.
We would certainly stay here again!
Thank you for a great stay!

The hosts were excellent! They were very gracious and allowed us to stay in the house earlier than booked since there was availability. Their communication was excellent. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and it is an excellent, quiet location. Quiet and easily accessible to the Stockyards, TCU and downtown Fort Worth. The neighbor next door was very pleasant.
The neighborhood is filled with quaint, charming older homes. This does mean that part of the charm is that some of the homes show some wear due to their age. For example, a door handle may fall off or the nob on the shower to turn the temperature may actually be a bolt. ha! The kitchen was very nice and the bedrooms very nicely sized with nice furnishings. They have great sitting areas in the living room and a side room. It was very comfortable for 5 of us. The bathrooms could use an upgrade and the one in the master is very small. The sink is half sized. It was fine for what we needed though but just don't expect a luxurious spa like bathroom.
I would definitely stay again based on our experience with the host and the location!

The property was good. The house was comfortable. It was close to all of the activities we had planned. The master bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were particularly not comfortable and the master sink is so small that it made brushing teeth and washing your face a bit challenging. I left something at the house and had to go back after the cleaning crew was there. The cleaning crew literally lectured me for not doing a good job cleaning up the house before we left. Taking off sheets, starting the dish washer and taking out the trash. I missed those instructions and for that, I apologize but it was super unpleasant to end our stay with a lecture. We paid a lot for a cleaning fee and a non refundable deposit. I just don't think the lecture was necessary. Bummer.

Perfect neighborhood for experiencing the culture of Fort Worth. Traveled with dog who loved the backyard and walking neighborhood. Cute house with nice wood-burning fireplace! Christmas tree was a wonderful surprise, which speaks to the owners’ special details.

Charming, comfortable and pet friendly property with ample amenities. Spent the Thanksgiving holiday there as my mother lives nearby and our children were coming in from across the state. Found the house to be comfortable and cozy and a great spot to ride out the dreary weather and just relax. and enjoy the week. Location is hard to beat and is within a short walk to some of the areas best museums and attractions including the Amon Carter Museum of American art. Grocery, restaurants, etc all within a short drive. Responsiveness of the ]owners was top notch and they made everything easy.

Fabulous location for my event. Great neighborhood, centrally located to great restaurants and shops. Wonderful! We will be back next year.

This neighborhood is within walking distance of 3 major museums. It was so nice to be in a house instead of hotel rooms. We had a beautiful place to socialize. Central Market is within 2 miles and they have wonderful prepared meals so we did not have to go to restaurants for every meal. A great way to see Fort Worth from this comfortable home.

My family stayed here for a month. The home was spotless, high end, and spacious with very comfortable beds and furnishings. The AC always worked as did all the appliances. The owners are available for restaurant recommendations and any questions. The neighborhood had excellent restaurants nearby and was very close to museums and TCU but was still quiet and made for beautiful walks.
We cannot wait to return!

I'll start by saying this just to get it out of the way. If you're used to Vrbos that have been remodeled stem-to-stern and are a stickler that your rental home should look like a pristine Pottery Barn catalog, be aware that this is an old house (I'm guessing 1920-30s??), some parts of the interior have been redone, others need updating.
But, you cannot beat the upside. First, the owner is a GREAT communicator! She took the time to write out a list of places to visit, things to do, and restaurants to consider while our family stayed there. So friendly and helpful! She even had an air mattress available.
Second, the house is CLEAN. It is cutely furnished, and you can tell the owner put thought into how it's decorated.
Third, the neighborhood is amazing: quiet (except for the one or two times the neighbor's dogs woke us up), pleasant to walk in, safe, a CVS a couple blocks away in case you forgot to bring something, VERY close to museums and places to visit (I wish we'd had more time to check those out), and just a few minutes drive to TCU. You cannot beat the location.
All in all, we'd definately return!
