This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the desirable Shorewood Villas complex in South Forest Beach. It features a walkout patio that is steps from the pool and private beach access. Every room is equipped with a smart TV device, cable and High-speed Wi-Fi. The living room has a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs. The master suite has a California King bed with its own walk out patio and a bathroom. There is a play yard available in the master closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed along with bunk beds. The bunk beds have a weight limit of 175lbs. The living room is furnished with a comfy memory foam queen pullout couch and has access to the patio.

The complex includes a heated outdoor pool, hot tub and a 1 ft children's pool. The pool is heated from the beginning of March until the end of April and from the beginning of October through the end of November. The hot tub is heated year round.

Coligny Park is a short 5 minute walk away and offers dining, shopping, live entertainment and a brand new Adventure Playground (2020). Bicycle rental and grocery stores are also a short walk away. The legendary Tiki-Hut with its live music, bar and dining is a must visit. Beach volleyball is available next to the Tiki-Hut. Also, don't forget the amazing beach.

This unit was perfect for our family of 4 (2 boys ages 13 and 11). Location was fantastic and the kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. Hugh was an amazing host who was very responsive and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well appointed condo. The view from the condo was amazing, and we enjoyed experiencing the sunrises and sunsets. The condo itself is very comfortable and well supplied. It is located close to the beach, as well as to restaurants and shops, with walking paths all around. We had a great time, and plan to stay here again.

This condo was as advertised, cleaned and stocked with everything needed. You absolutely cannot beat the location either, close to the pool, beach and a short walk to everything in Coligny. Would absolutely rent here again. Thanks Hugh!

Our week in Hilton Head was amazing! This condo was the perfect location and literally steps from the beach! You won’t regret it! You can walk to Coligny Plaza in 5 minutes. I also suggest renting bikes and biking along the trails and beach…so fun!! Two restaurants I’d highly recommend is The Sea Shack and Lowcountry Backyard! We can’t wait to be back! Thank you, Hugh for a great stay!

Our family stayed at this property for the 2nd time in 2 years. Its outstanding. Gorgeous view of the ocean, short walk to the pool, and then to the beach. 2 minutes and you're splashing in the waves. Its also very close to the Coligny shopping area and other ammenities (grocery store, restaurants, playgrounds) so we barely even used our car once we were settled. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for a week. You can’t beat the view from the patio/porch! Everything is so close. The beach and pool were phenomenal. And Coligny is a short walk. If you want a very nice place, that’s real close to Coligny and super cozy - pick this place! Our family will definitely come back here again, that’s how much we enjoyed it!

This place was everything I was looking for. We have 4 kids and everyone had their own bed. Plenty of drawers for everyones clothes, which is often hard to come by in these condos. Location is amazing! We will be back

If you are looking for amazing accommodations, beauty all around you, and a super responsive property manager, then look no further. The unit itself has everything you could possibly need/want on a beach vacation. It is beautifully decorated and the views are awesome!! We saw deer, rabbits, osprey, pelicans, tree frogs, and geckos all while enjoying the patio. We rented bikes for the week and with the proximity of the condo, you could bike to get anything you could possibly need/want. The kids loved the whole vacation, especially the bunk beds, and did not want to leave. We had a blast! Not only is the location close to any store/restaurant you might need, you are steps away from the beach and pool. It was just what our family needed for an amazing trip!! Thanks to Hugh for being so helpful and responsive with our questions and our easy check-in. We will definitely plan to return to this location. Until next time…

Hugh's condo was wonderful!!! Location to everything, Coligny Plaza for shopping, restaurants and groceries. Steps from the pool and so close to the ocean. In the morning we would sit on the patio with our coffee and watch the rabbits and deer and listen to the ocean. I had two contacts with Hugh and he responded immediately. My only suggestion would be to either have instructions for the t.v. or eliminate some of the selectors (3). We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and thank you Hugh for sharing your condo.

We had a fantastic time in Hilton Head. The location of this condo can't be beat. Steps from the beach and a quick walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza. The pool was amazing! The condo was fully stocked and felt like the perfect place to stay. Thank you!

Our second winter trip to Shorewood 104 did not disappoint. The condo was just as we remembered, beautifully appointed and had everything we need. We could not ask for a more ideal location and set-up! Being on the main level was such a huge plus...simply walk down 3 steps and along the grass to get to the beach access and pool area. I walked the beach EVERY DAY and relaxed in the hot tub as well. We met many owners on the property - and everyone was so welcoming and willing to share their favorite hot spots on the island. The unit was incredibly clean with a fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. The TV's worked perfectly and there's even an Alexa to listen to music during dinner. We would definitely recommend!!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo with our little family. The condo is very well-decorated and clean! It was plenty of room for 2 adults and our infant son. The proximity to beach is very close. We were able to walk on the beach every morning and walk to coffee at Coligny plaza when we finished up. The restaurants and shops at Coligny are a definite plus. We also enjoyed walking down to the Tiki Bar which was a very short 10-minute walk. Hugh was very responsive to questions. We would definitely rent this condo again!

This property is in a perfect location. You can walk or ride bikes to restaurants and grocery store. The beach is just steps away. We loved our time at Hugh’s condo-we found the space even better than expected, great location near shops and restaurants while away enough to be away from too much action. Our 2 year old loved the pool and beach and the pack and play was so helpful. Hugh was attentive and answered questions quickly as they came up. Would love to go back next year! At first, I was hesitant to rent a downstairs condo given they have a tendency to be noisy. Let me just say, this was probably one of the quietest places I’ve had the pleasure of staying. It’s in a great location, close to the beach and pool, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It was clean and well-stocked. Check-in was easy and Hugh was great with communications. Without hesitation, we’d stay here again!!!

We've stayed here before and it was just as we remember. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and it was nice to be able to pull our wagon up to the steps for easy access for the kids. Has a great view and love how close it is to everything. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect condo for our family. Clean and well-maintained, we loved being on 1st floor and being able to pull our wagon right up the the porch. It was nice to have extra towels and beach chairs for our use. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including nice knives which is not something we usually find when renting condos. Hugh answered all my questions in a timely manner. Our only bummer had nothing to do with the condo but just the property in general - we’ve stayed at Shorewood three times now and we’ve never had an issue getting a temporary guest pass for our family members to visit for the day, but this time the gate attendant would not let them park on the property. Again, not an issue with this unit but just be aware when renting at Shorewood, you can’t have visitors park on the property. We will definitely book this unit again! It’s the nicest stay we’ve had on the island.

Our Favorite

We have been going to HHI for years and this is by far our favorite condo. We will definitely rebook. The access to the beach and pool is very convenient. We have two young children and the pool is very kid friendly. The updated beach walkway would be great for strollers, wagons and wheelchairs. Also close proximity to the Coligny Shops and restaurants.
