• We only have 1 parking spot at the property and the overflow parking for additional cars is not available. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.
• A parking pass is available inside the unit upon check-in. Please be sure to hang your permit on the rearview mirror of your car and return it on the day of your check out otherwise there's a $100 fee to replace it.
• You can also use our membership to Linderhof Country Club (less than 5 min drive).

This condo really isn't little, but it was a nice place to stay for a quick overnight trip to NH. Clean, tidy, beautiful view, and easy to access. Comfortable beds, plenty of essentials on hand. I only wish we could've stayed longer.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this condo. Super cute and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfy. I'm not sure why I was so surprised by the breathtaking views, but they were stunning. Nice little touches like coffee pods, board games and snacks were icing on the cake. Communication with owners was attentive and timely. One complaint...we weren't staying more than one night. 😊

We was planning to take the kids to Story Land in New Hampshire and wanted to stay over for a night and we found this chalet. The property and everything were AMAZING! The host responded very quick every time I have questions. We had enjoyed staying there a lot. Just one little tiny thing that has made us feel a bit uncomfortable once we got in the house was the floor. It was sticky and had dust, so we had to sweep because we walked barefoot. It’s just such a tiny thing and not gonna affect the rating.
Again, thank you for hosting us and we will definitely come back in the future.

We stayed at this property over Columbus Day weekend 2023. It was clean and well provisioned. However, the Internet and television did not work all weekend, which was a big drag on a long, rainy weekend with a sick child.
The property was advertised as having Internet and television, and the property did not deliver either Internet and television. Most places would offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience, and the property manager assured me repeatedly that we would receive some compensation. However, the owner refused to be in touch for several weeks and then when he finally wrote back he refused to issue any kind of compensation, claiming there was a network outage and it was not his fault that the internet didn’t work.
Initially, there was a network outage in the area but then after the outage was over the Internet and TV still did not work at the property, even after a technician visited once.
Furthermore, I spent quite a bit of time during my vacation going back-and-forth with the property manager to organize an Internet technician site visit to try to fix the problem.
Good customer service and decent standards of hospitality would indicate some kind of compensation, and the owner refused to do anything.

We came to see the fall foliage for the first time. This was a perfect location, easy access to different things to do in the area and the view from the deck was amazing. Communication with the owners was easy and they always responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here if you ever head to New Hampshire!

They were very welcoming and attentive on our questions and basic needs. We were first timers to staying in someone’s house rather than a hotel, and I would do it again over hotels. Nicely appointed property. We have a lot of experience with VRBO properties. We always appreciate the extra touches like soap, shampoo, lotion, and fresh sponges as provided at this property. The beds and linens were comfortable.
The only downside was the limited parking. Be aware, if you are traveling with another family or coming from different locations, there is only one parking space available for the unit. This does not seem reasonable for a property that sleeps 8. Otherwise, our stay was great and we would definitely return.

My wife and I plus 3 teens stayed here and and it was perfect. The views were some of the best the area has to offer….truly amazing. As regular VRBO users, we loved that we didn’t have to strip beds or take our trash with us. That kind of stuff can be annoying when you are paying so much, but not here! Location is good too. It’s super close to Attitash as well as Black Mountain. Bretton Woods was only about 35min away too. We will stay here again for sure …

Property was ok for 1-2 people. Exterior Stairs to the property are steep and long so moving luggage and groceries is a bit inconvenient. Hot water does not last long 1 bath per day 2 if you span morning and night. You will be requested to do a bit of the cleaning before you leave regardless of the cleaning fee. Our family of 4 had the opportunity to stay here over Thanksgiving. Host had great communication from the beginning to the end of our stay. The condo had everything we needed. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with Keurig and ample dishes. Home is very cozy and decorated beautifully. Amazing mountain views surround you as you sit on the back porch and watch the sun set.

Weekend in the White Mountains
Great condo with spectacular views of Mount Washington. We stayed for President’s Day weekend to ski at nearby Wildcat Mountain. The condo was clean and comfortable and perfect for us and our 3 kids. Will definitely book again.

Great Get-Away
Our little family (me, my wife, 2 year old, and 2 month old) had a nice time. The residence is centrally located in town, a stones throw from Storyland and a 10 minute drive to the center of town where you can find little shops, restaurants, and a cute railroad station that offers short scenic rides for the kiddos.
The condo had all of the cooking hardware we needed for the short get away. It also had 2 rooms, one of which had bunk beds and a queen. We used the pack-n-play they provided and we were able to hang out in the living room watching the smartTV without disturbing the kids.
A word of warning, we went in the off-season (1st week of Nov) and it was very quite with few attractions open.

Just What We Needed!
It seemed like the universe didnt want us going on this trip, we had to postpone it the first time because our son broke his arm a week before and the owners were so accommodating in letting us change our dates! Then our dog suddenly had to be put down the day before we were supposed to travel but we decided we needed to get away from the house and disappear for a few days and this was the perfect place to do that! The location was amazing, the views breathtaking, and the comfort of the home outstanding. It was the perfect place for a little family getaway and we will definitely come back the next time we travel to this area!

Stayed at this property for our annual White Mountain trip - 4 adults plus a 4 year old and 2 year old. The condo was beautiful. You can tell they really put an extra effort in to keep everything clean. The back porch gives a beautiful view of the mountains, as well as a nice hill for the kids to run on. The owners are such nice people - check in and check out could not be easier. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Mountain Retreat
This is a lovely mountain-top retreat with all the comforts of home. We went to the mountains with two teenagers. The second bedroom is great for kids, with a queen bed and bunkbeds. The condo is beautifully updated, light, bright, clean, and spacious. So nice to enjoy morning coffee on the deck with a mountain view. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with owner was easy and check in and out procedures were a breeze.

A perfect place to land after several days hiking. Sparkling clean, super comfy beds, and extra amenities like little shampoos that you find at hotel stays, keurig coffee, and option to swim or play sports at local clubhouse. Beautiful views, too. Overall, it is an exceptional place to stay. Just FYI it is a ground floor unit with a unit above.

Family Weekend
We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was our first getaway as a family of 4 with our 2 month old and our 2 year old. The condo is very family friendly. There was a high chair and pack n play which was appreciated so we didn’t have to pack that. The beds were very comfortable and everything was tastefully decorated. Our favorite place was the deck. We enjoying sitting on the Adirondack chairs with a beer once the kids were in bed. The location is perfect close to Jackson, North Conway and storyland. We highly recommend staying here for your white mountain adventure!
