This Condo "The Place" features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed & a queen size sleeper sofa. private laundry, complete kitchen with microwave, bathroom with full size tub/shower, air conditioning, outside patio area with table and chairs, over looking Tuller's Lake, a private lake. Smart TV with Netflix, and 100+ MBPS Ultra Fast WIFI.
In our current times you will find reassuring we go to great lengths to make sure the place is cleaned properly and that on very frequent occasions between guests we perform a Ozone treatment on the place for that extra step to be safe and clean. Ozone is amazing, with the SARS virus scientist discovered that Ozone treatments kill 99.8% of Virus's. Also the entrance to the place is from outside NO inside hallways to walk down. With SELF CHECK-IN!

Here are some THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so at times there will be neighbor noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

The Place is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Grand Traverse region.
The Place features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as MICROWAVE, POTS & PANS, COFFEE MAKER, TOASTER, BLENDER, SLOW COOKER and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal and Coffee, Creamer & Sugar.
This is a 1 BEDROOM unit with a queen size bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” Smart TV, 100+Mbps WIFI . The bathroom has a FULL SIZE TUB/SHOWER HAIR DRYER, IRON & BOARD and a WASHER & DRYER to take care of your laundry needs.
Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area. In the event you are not aware of the Academy, we highly recommend you do a search,

This is our 4th or 5th stay here and will stay here again. This place is super. Very clean, amenities were super and good location. Good communication with owner. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, fully stocked with everything you need, and very comfortable. The washer/dryer were much appreciated. The only negative was the tv reception. We wanted to watch the Olympics at night but the local channel would constantly cut in and out, then go black due to the antenna. Still we would definitely stay there again. Jeff and Sean were wonderful hosts!

My husband and I booked this rental as it was close to a festival we were attending. It was quite a surprise how great it was. We saw swans on the water out front of the parking area, along with an eagle catching breakfast. Plenty of room. Great amenities, communication was great, good instructions for everything, close to Traverse City. Will definitely stay again.

Second time I have stayed at Jeff’s property and just as satisfied as the first time. Check I. Instructions so easy and seamless! This time I stayed in one of the units that overlooks a pond and the view was lovely. My purpose for being in Interlochen is to visit my daughter while she teaches at the interlochen arts center. The location of this rental is literally five minutes down the road making our getting together easy and allows me to attend many events there. The location is also about 20 minutes from Traverse City making it ideal .the units are great! You won’t be disappointed !

Stopped to see a concert in Interlochen after spending a couple of nights in Mackinaw City. Very nice place for me and my kids to spend a night. The hosts left a lot of helpful info on local restaurants, the grocery store, and beach. Location is great if you’re looking to spend time in Traverse City and/or check out Sleeping Bear Dunes.
The bed was comfortable, two of my sons slept well on the couch bed. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My extended family and friends stayed in this location for my son's wedding. This condo is part of a 12-unit place which is perfect for wedding accommodations near the Blue Bridge venue. They all raved about their places. Very clean, unique decor with all the details and accommodations thought through. Jeff was awesome to work with. I was in communication with him on several occasions before the wedding and he was always so responsive. Beautiful views on Tullers Lake.

I've now stayed downstairs and upstairs. The view from upstairs is amazing, downstairs is a bit more peaceful when outside since it is shielded from the highway. Both are great setups, this is always the place I check first when traveling to the area.

The cons did not disappoint. So loved the NY feeling, my happy place. So nice to have coffee furnished and everything you need to make food and snacks. So we’ll done! Every thing coordinated so well. Fold out and bed were comfortable. Pillows soft, nice and cozy plush red plaid blankets. Everything was well done. You get a perfect 10 from me

I lived this place! The little lake on the property is very cozy and beautiful at sunset/sunrise. The place was well stocked with everything you would need and very clean. The location is perfect, close to Traverse City and plenty to do in Interlochen as well! Will be staying here again in the future!
