Nice location. Unpleasant Welcome !!

Most Mysore attractions are very accessible.

Reception staff can smile a little 😕 Felt very awkward communicating with them as their response was only single word and not a warm welcome. Also, I don’t know why they take pics of staying customer and send it to their WhatsApp group. This made us feel awkward, insecure and unpleasant stay. Walking area to rooms smells like a smoking place. Other staffs are very helpful.

Nice choice for sightseeing

We could accommodate at the last minute somebody else. Parking in the front door. Clean and comfy. Nice personnel. Near good restaurants and supermarkets. Only 20 minutes walking to Mysore Palace through the market.

No breakfast.

部屋は清潔で、広かったです。とても快適でした。一人旅で泊まりましたが、夫婦、カップル二人で泊まっても、快適に過ごせると思います。隣りにあるインド料理レストランも、とてもおいしかったです。

マイソール宮殿まで少し歩きます。１５分〜２０分ぐらい。でも、歩ける距離です

The location is very close to the places to visit. There is a good restaurant nearby. And the room was clean, comfortable and with some hangers to hang wet clothes.

Some customers were very noisy but it was not the hotel's fault. I only missed an electric kettle and a coffee and tea bag.

Superb

The staff was very polite and prompt at service. Overall the experience was very pleasant as whatever was asked was provided immediately.

That AC room were occupied so we had to settle for non AC

Staff was really good. They were helpful n quite transparent.

Could've been helped with better driver arrangement for the outside trip. This is the sole reason for giving 6 out of 10. We already had a loss with one person falling sick. We expected at least little reimbursement as the fuel that was filled was not even used to half. Cab arrangement, which was done, ended up as the biggest expense in the trip (even more than bookin 2 hotel rooms each day for 3 days). Your cab arrangement reasons to get your rating directly from 10 down to 6.

Staff is good...very good location...really close to airport...food is good

Rooms are way to small...there is no AC in a deluxe room...they use warm lights which makes the room way to hotter to pass the time... without AC the room is like a sauna... during day time the water is boiling...Cant bath with that

New modern place, perfect for 1 night in Mysore

Very clean and modern place, everything looks new. Bathroom in good working order. Management even let us check in very early when we arrived from the night bus at 7.30am.

Resides at good location. But difficult to use the bathroom/toilet as it is very small.

Cleanliness, very much close to the market, city bus stand , palace etc.

Bathroom is very small and toilet is too close to the wall to sit on it and is very much uncomfortable for someone to use the toilet.

Just perfect!

Its location is great! Walking distance from the train station and to the palace. The hotel is very clean and the manager is super nice. He makes sure you have everything you need. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel!!

Everything was perfect. If we ever return to Mysore, we'll stay here again!

Friendly Service, clean room,good wifi. Location is inbetween Railway station and Palace. A bit anoying the street constructions otherwise an interesting location.

The window was a bit small,night air didn't come in, the room was a bit warm.
