My sons and I made a trip to Surprise for a week-long baseball tournament. The house was oerfect for what we needed. It was located within minutes of the stadium and was in a quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of room inside the home and the pool was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

This was our 4th time staying at this property in Late April/early May. Had a bump in our trip with the pool and the pump not working . Got it up and running for a day and it quit again . However the property owner contacted the pool company right away . We did lose about a day swimming waiting on pool guy and having it go down a second time . Overall the pool was great ! Nice having the option to heat it at night . Kitchen is big and stocked pretty good . Lots of spices from previous guests and a nice little cooler to use by the pool . Bring your own pool toys as they do not provide them . We left a few items but not much . The yard was full of weeds and not much lighting around the pool at night . Tiki torches were great but you will need to provide your own fuel and they were very close to needing new wicks . Beds were comfy and master bath was nice . We love staying here as it’s a great location with a park directly next door to the property . Quiet neighborhood. Nice laundry too ! Can’t wait to come back in September for a girls trip !

The home was very clean and well equipped for a short or a long term stay. Colette and Bill were very good hosts. They were accessible and attentive to any problem that came up. The pool was great and the neighborhood felt secure. We will definitely rent their home again.

We found the property located in a great place for access to restaurants and other shopping. Very clean and well supplied. Great communication. Of the three places in the area we have stayed at this one is by far the best! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home next to neighborhood park . We swam daily in the heated pool. Had a few inconveniences but the owner was easy to communicate with . Master bed was comfy and nice kitchen with most everything you need to prepare a meal . We stayed 11 nights and can't wait to return next year !

We absolutely loved staying at this home. It was very conveniently located for our day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona and other places.Having a house to go home after a long day is so appreciated Communication with the Colette was easy and she was very friendly and helpful! The house has everything you need.Compfy beds and all the kitchen utensils you need. Since we stayed there for two weeks, we did a lot of cooking at home. We sure will be back!

We loved the location as we stay in the area every year. We loved the Layout of the home and the best area for us was the covered patio and pool. The trees provide shade for the pool in the late afternoon making it enjoyable even in 112 degree heat! Colette has the house clean and it has everything one needs to stay for a period of time. I highly recommend this wonderful home!

Great house in Surprise Arizona

This was our second time staying at this VRBO property. We spend most our time outside so having the pool which was the perfect temperature and the covered seating area with patio table and chairs is all we needed. Pool towels are provided as well. The inside of the house is great, with a little patio off the kitchen where we ate most of our dinners, it has a BBQ and cute outdoor white lights. The kitchen is supplied with all the cooking essentials. The location is great with lot's of good grocery stores (Costco), lot's of golf courses around the area, the zoo, Westgate is not far, and the shopping outlets. The house has always been clean for both times we have stayed, and also enjoy that it's not cluttered. The host's are easy to get ahold of and respond right away when you have a question. Can't wait to return again!

We came to golf and enjoy the pool. Very clean property and homey . Living room furniture was so comfortable . Plenty of seating for 6 people to watch tv . We swam early morning and evening because we had a heated pool. Nice lights by pool at night . Best property we have stayed in in the Surprise area . We are already booking our next stay at this property . Wouldn’t stay anywhere else now that we found this home .

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Everything was just as described. A very clean home with everything you need for a long term stay. The office room with desk that looked out on the backyard was perfect for me to work from home during our stay. Internet access was great and never had any connectivity issues. The backyard is such a great oasis and the pool was wonderful. Great location next to a park/greenspace and very walkable neighborhood areas. Would stay here again in a hearbeat!

The property was exactly as represented on the website. Colette was so friendly in all of our communications. The location on a cul-de-sac next to the greenspace was perfect. The house was very comfortable and the pool was a huge plus even if we simply sat by it. We will definitely visit again! We couldn't be happier about our first experience with VRBO.

We ran into a small issue with a bed frame and after contacted Collette, she immediately had some one over to correct the problem. We loved staying at this property. The communication with the home owners was great, the house was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Loved the pool and yard which is where we spent most of our time. You do require a rental car for this area, lot's of shopping and restaurants around to drive to. The neighborhood is very safe and has a lot of parks and walking paths. We can't wait to return again sometime with the rest of our family as this house is very spacious.

We enjoyed our stay! Property was exactly as pictured with a beautiful pool and even offered garage parking, which was wonderful in the Phoenix 100+* heat. Excellent communication with Colette, easy check-in, and the home was well stocked. The house is 1.6 miles from Surprise Stadium (Spring Training), convenient to groceries and restaurants and we definitely plan to stay here next time we're in town for baseball.

The property is in a nice and safe neighborhood right next to a grassy park. The area was pretty quiet and conveniently located near food and shopping. The house has plenty of room and is tastefully decorated. Homeowners had very clear and prompt communication.
