About this villa rental
Perfect for large groups, Blue Treasure offers several different relaxation areas both inside and out to allow individuals to
enjoy their holiday, their way.
With a contemporary open plan design and under modern furnishings the entrance hall, kitchen, lounge and dining
areas lead directly onto the large terrace area creating a superb inside-outside living space. The sliding glass doors
open almost completely to open up the living space to the sunshine of the terrace.
The clear blue infinity pool provides the focal point for outdoor entertaining, with panoramic views. Poolside sun loungers
and covered terrace with informal seating and dining area, allow you to choose whether to enjoy the sunshine or retreat
to the shade. The Infinity pool, Hot tub, table tennis and garden with lower terrace, offer a range of leisure activities for
guests to enjoy.
Enjoy a cocktail at your private bar whilst you listen to your choice of music – from your own device - on our Bose
surround sound system. Or watch music channels on the large bar TV screen and challenge your friends to a game of
pool at our full size pool table. Sink into our comfortable sofas to watch a movie, relax as you catch up on your favourite
programmes on SKY TV or flick through a holiday read.
For your convenience there is a utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Here there is an
additional free-standing freezer for guests who prefer to stock up on groceries at the start of their stay and save more
time to enjoy the Spanish sunshine

Ground Floor
• The Silver bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
• The Garden bedroom, which can be Twin or Super king, with patio doors leading to the poolside terrace. Private
bathroom adjacent to this bedroom.
First Floor
• The Master Bedroom suite with luxurious, contemporary furnishing, opens out onto a large terrace where you can sit
and enjoy an early morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. A modern, large en-suite with double vanity
unit, bath, separate rainfall shower and separate WC completes the open-plan design.
• The Junior suite has convertible Twin/Superking beds with en-suite bathroom.
• Patio doors open onto the terrace, shared with the Master Bedroom, providing an excellent spot for private
sunbathing.
Lower Floor
• Contemporary furnishings add style to the three lower level bedrooms.
•The Green Bedroom and the Pink Bedroom are both convertible twin/superking rooms, each with a modern en-suite
shower room.
•The Blue Bedroom has a double bed and modern en-suite shower room

Villa Blue Treasure is nestled within its own private, gated, landscaped grounds, Villa Blue Treasure is situated within walking distance of Javea Golf Club and only a few minutes drive to the sandy beach, local attractions and all amenities.
This stunning contemporary villa has been designed with space, light, and clean lines. This, together with the seamless flow from the interior social areas to the infitypool and outside terraces, creates a 'five star hotel' holiday experience with the privacy and flexibility of your own villa.
Blue Treasure has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard to ensure a stylish relaxing ambiance.
Our aim is to not only meet, but to exceed your dream holiday expectations.
LOCATION :
Alicante airport is around a one-hour drive, and Valencia airport is around a 90-minute drive. The Villa is 15 minutes drive from Playa de Arenal or Javea Old Town and just a few minutes walk from Javea Golf Club (preferential green fees for our guests) with several local restaurants nearby.
