This cozy ground floor one bedroom condo just half a mile to the Beach. Restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and more are all located within walking distance.
The well-manicured landscaping and stylish design of the Beach Club Condos are are perfect for giving you that Florida-vacation feel.

Full access to the heated community pool, jacuzzi, and gym using the fob (touchless gate key) provided in the unit.

This one bedroom fully-furnished condo features a Queen bed with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower/tub combo.
You may use all the facilities including the full-sized washer/dryer, an equipped kitchen, and complimentary coffee/tea.
The condo layout is featured towards the end of the listing pictures.

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sunup to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Neighborhood:
This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.
You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.
Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-watering delicious.

Perfect location, close to beach, shops and restaurants, less than an hour away from Kennedy Space Center. Stayed an extended weekend and found everything we needed in this immaculate 1bedroom ground floor condo. They even had a small cooler and beach chairs to use. A welcome basket of snacks and bottle of wine made our weekend complete. Would definitely stay here again

This is a small 1 bed condo . Right off the street but hard to find . Cleen and had coffee with extras . Complex had nice Clean pool and hot tub . I would stay again .

We were very pleased with our choice of a place to spend a few nights in Indialantic! The condo was very clean and very well supplied with soaps, lotions, a first aid kit, laundry supplies and so much more.....including a bottle of wine and cookies! Now how many VRBO owners provide that? The ease of using the television was great. The location was great! If we would return to this area, we would definitely book this unit again.

We had a slight issue with the timing on the cleaning company upon arrival. Wich was immediately resolved with a call to Pedro. The condo unit is in a quiet, clean community close to shopping, and restaurants. While only .5 miles from Canova Beach and the ocean. The community pool, and grounds were also well kept. We had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent from Pedro again.

This place is perfect for a single or couple stay. I was here for a marathon and so the owners were super accommodating on the check out process considering marathon traffic plus allowing me time to rest and clean up before leaving. They were great and fast with communication as well.

Location and property excellent, clean, well managed. My only negative would be the couch and bed mattress which were not conducive to comfort at all. While I realize the concept of lesser quality in a rental, there should be a happy median. They were not conducive for the age of your client's for intermittent rental times.

Is not easy to fin a place with these conditions, and with this location. Everything is near, you can leave your car in the parking lot and take a walk. From a market to a restaurante, or including the beach. Of course, if in the apartment you can find whatever you need for a nice stay... what else to ask for ?

We stayed in this cozy condo for 8 days Truly enjoyed it! The owners are very considerable, not only provided fully equipped kitchenware, sufficient palate products, also provided alcohol wipes , cleaning sprays and first aid in the kitchen and bathroom. Also they are very responsive about our requests of early check-in and and quickly resolved A/C unit issue. The whole apartment complex is very quite, and scenic with palm trees everywhere, a loped in the back of the building as well as a snowing pool and jacuzzi for the residents of the complex. Easy excess to a shopping center (2 blocks away) with a Walmart and Win Dixie and liquor store, and restaurants. Also convenient to go to the beach by short driving.
