- Posizione ( comoda , tranquilla e vista mare )
- Parcheggio
- Bagno , seppur non di recente costruzione, pulito , ampio e funzionale
- Check-in dalle h 14
- Offerta della colazione varia
- Strutture letti un pò da rivedere ( materassi e cuscini un pò scomodi )

The hotel was an excellent choice for us (couple with a 2-year-old) for 4 nights. The free parking was ideal (and spacious in the garden), the pool deck was perfect for relaxing of an afternoon in the sun, the breakfast was really delicious with lots of choice (hot, cold, cereals, breads, croissants, coffees, juices etc), staff were super kind and friendly and the view from the room was phenomenal (level 5)!! We were really happy with the room (although small) and the hotel provided a cot which fitted perfectly. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants or drive to the old fishing village for exceptional and affordable dining. The hotel has a lovely charming facade with lots of flowers and is set back from the busy road and train line so it felt like a pocket of paradise.
The room didn't have tea and coffee-making facilities which would have made it perfect. There was an option to pay extra for a bar fridge but in the end we didn't worry about it. We could hear our neighbours watching tv late at night through the walls but it wasn't a deal breaker as we couldn't hear their conversations or anything and we're sure our toddler was probably louder at times! The shower door opening is quite small - I struggled to fit through (pregnant) but I actually found it pretty funny and wasn't too bothered!

Pool and staff service
4.2
Location and excess to the beach
It says that the hotel it’s a 5 star hotel, but honestly It’s definitely 4. It looks and feels very old and ran down and service is lacking professionalism.
Price wise is a terrible rip off for what u get

Excellent, super-friendly staff (one of the best we have seen ever), clean rooms, good breakfast with a very nice view, good transportation connection, nice pool with a view, good selection of restaurants around
Size of bathroom (shower) could be bigger, internet stability, no restaurant in the hotel

I read a review about good vibes, so I picked it. I agree, very good vibes!
The pizza restaurant sounded much better than it actually was.
4.2
The rooms were nice, there was lots of parking and breakfast was good, too.
There was nothing in particular that we did not like.
4.2
Unfortunately I woke up to late for breakfast but I was offered a cappuccino and it was delicious. The location was excellent. Just a little walk to the beach!
No complaints at all!!
4.2
Nice continental breakfast and cleanliness of the room and entire hotel. Location of the hotel is really good close to the sea side and free parking is included.
Internet connection could be better.
4.2
The property is adorable.. the rooms are clean and comfortable for two adults. The pool and bar/lounge area is fun and the family and staff are incredibly kind and personable.
Too far from trains that go to Cinque Terre.
4.2
We got an upgrade to the rooftop suite, which by itself was just great. The view from there is simply breathtaking, so much that we decided to spend almost a full day sunbathing and admiring the scenery. In addition, the hotel has a nice outdoor pool, breakfast is good too. The location is strategic and allows visiting nearby places, though you will need a car cause public transport is not running too late in the evening.

everything
location was a little remote but very convenient to the railway station.

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety. Excellent cakes. The hotel has a very nice, even if not too big swimming pool, which we didn't use. We liked very much our room with a balcony from which we has a wonderful view. We could see the promontory of Portofino on one side and on the other side the port and the beach of Sestri Levante. We did not used the restaurant.
The building is not particularly attractive
4.2
Breakfast was really good
Nice staff during breakfast
Balcony is dangerous and should have a higher balcony lattice
Fridge is missing in the room
Actually it was too expensive
Rooms are really small
Also the bathroom really small and should be renovated for this price

Friendly family run older hotel, which has been partly renovated. Nice views.
Bathroom a bit old.
4.2
Great breakfast with a lot of different alternatives. Loved the croissants, the scrambled eggs and the home-made focaccia. The staff were extremely nice, service-minded and generous.
The pool had an amazing view over the Liguria sea and the pool bar was amazing and had extraordinary service.
The hotel room was perfect and had a lovely balcony.
Nothing

The view from the dining room was above expectations and the pool is awesome.
Too bad that the furniture from the dining room is so old and ugly , the internet connections was bad sometimes.
4.2
the pool, friendly staff, very clean, parking is free, good breakfast
WiFi very bad, poorly soundproofed (doors vibrate by noises in the building), toilet facility in the pool area partly defective
4.2
Staff. Pool. View.
No small tea kitchen/fridge for drinks.
4.2
Placed at the foot of the hill, the hotel has a great ambience. The staff made us feel like at home. The swimming pool and its bar provided an excellent entertainment for the day and the evening. This was a great stay - left us wanting to linger for a couple of days longer.
4.2
Distance to beach, distance to train, pool, flat (no walking up hill), attentive and efficient staff, value, well kept and modern facilities
Cavi is not as scenic as nearby towns nor does is have as frequent of train service, particularly in the evening. WiFi was inconsistent.
4.2
- the view
- the pool
- set back from the road
- fresh fruit for breakfast
- cute pool bar
- friendly staff
- plenty of parking
- flat pillows
4.2
