Location, my first time experienced was amazing. This is my 2nd time experienced was different, host was unfriendly and not helpful. Rude.
The host was not helpful and rude. You asked for check in process he said 10 minutes before check in time, there was no different. We just need to know the check in process so we can plan, everything you ask he follwing exact timing. When you asked, he replied “ why, do you have problem”. Obviously he is lack of communication skills and does not belong in customers service. When i asked for refund, taking so long to return IT, as through we are begging them to return back out money. When come to deposit it was so difficult and not following the stipulated time. So bad experienced because of the host.

located at strategic area at karpal singh, various choices of restaurant located down the building ( if youre non muslim) easy and well instructed check in, probably the cheapest unit if you insist to stay at maritime with seaview ig. great view and not so dirty place, very instagrammable
book a month in advance, and ive told the property that i'd want to check in early and check out late. the property just okay okay me up until the arrival day, saying that i cant check in early, which is quite fine for me bcs i wast just landed anyway, i can go to lunch first. wasnt really bother me at that time. on my departure day, 40 minutes before 12pm the host texted me and ask me to check our at 12pm. i can understand your rule and would simply nod if they told me early, like, you dont have any idea that your unit is booked up until 40 minutes before? like couldnt you tell me a day before? or at least in the morning? mind you, i was outside at that time and trying to go back in time was very chaotic and really really really f up my itinerary. i ask for 15 minutes extra to pack up my luggage and the host is okay with that BUT OUT OF SUDDEN A HOUSEKEEP COMING INSIDE WHILE WE WERE STILL IN THERE PACKING OUR THINGS. uhm? privacy?? our shoes is right in front of the door and she thinks no one inside? 😭 it piss me off. seriously. as for the amenities and facilities, by reading the review had me in ' prepare for the worst' situation. all the facilities works well but isnt maintained. the lift is working but you have to ride in great fear because of the noise they made. the building is nice enough it is just theyre not maintained , esp the lobby. very dull and not luxury looking. aircond in the house working just fine, water pressure is ok, toilet is 4/10 ; blockage on the sink and bathroom, and the toilet seat is somehow senget and just waiting for the right time to completely tear off😭 i dont really use facilities as microwave cooker etc i just come home to sleep. and the host isnt friendly, like, if im dealing with a goverment servant counter this might be normal, but im quite sure im dealing with hospitality workers so i do expect MORE. atleast more pleasant reply and say sorry for your arrogance maybe?

the apartment have a problem room ac not working tv in room , not working living hall ac sometime work sometimes not
bathroom not clean when ask the person in charges very very poor reply and action no immediately solved the problem .
i was surprise when ask the person in charges he already know the room have problem? he supposed not give problem room to the customer
when room ac not working he offer me big fan which use in workshops and hall ...the big fan very noise we cannot sleep at all what kind of services is this ?

it's a really a poor service and the amount I paid its not worth because toilette its not clean, poor ventilation, poor water heater, no one is guide me during my check-in, they just direct from teleconversation,moreover its a very bad experience I'm staying at Maritime suite, its very very expensive kindly look forward thanks

I am frequent visitor for this building though other units.
Location wise good.
Unit is not maintained well.
AC are poor
Curtains poor. Hanging on one side.
Water heater not working on one bathroom
Roof show leakages
Bathroom wash basin water blockages.
After all these, once i left the place. Host deducted RM18 from deposit for dutch lady milk which were not consumed by us.
Inspite of telling the truth he didnt bother to investigate. No trust on guest. Disgusting.
Overall do not recommend this Unit at all.

There wasn’t any toilet rolls in the toilets. Have to asked the host and he brought 1 in the evening.
1: the host is very UNRESPONSIVE and UNORGANISED!
If he wanted to let people know that he will send the check in details at 2:45 then he should have inform the guest about it. I had to keep calling and messaging him cause, I didn’t know if I would be able to check in.
2: Took him a week to refund the deposit. If I didn’t contact him, I don’t think he will remember to refund the deposit.
3: I had to pay for the parking cause the host didn’t pay management fees and the apartment management blocked the access parking card. When I went to checked with the guys that work in the parking lot. They said this guy didn’t pay for the management fees and they blocked his access to the parking lot. Took me awhile to get the parking sorted and the host refund the parking fees.
4: the apartment is in bad state. Moulds, water leaking on the walls and ceiling. Dirts on the floor.
Toilets aren’t clean.

extra bed does not have extra bed sheet and blanket. the pillow also does not have cover.
does not have - toilet paper, recycle toiletries.
sofa bed cant be used coz too dirty. not vacum at all. n smelly (cigarette)
late reply by owner. but get full refund of deposit within 3 days.
air cond to cold, and all controller do not have batteries :/. we bought batteries from 7e below. haih.
great location. we got the uppest unit level 23a. 2 lift broke. so need to wait 15-20min to go down especially during checkout time.

So far the view is okay.
1. Facilities issue.
-Aircond didn't working.
-Didn't provide the toilet papers.
-Dirty pillow sheet.
-The lights are too dim
-Clogged wash basin in downstairs bathroom
2. Refund issue.
As per whatapps conversation,mention deposit refund will be done within 3 days. But didn't perform deposit refunded within 3 days👎
**Check out on 5th June 2022(around 11am+),until today 8th June 2022(10.15pm)still not received my deposit refunded yet!!

spacious and good for those travel with kids.
it states as hotel but it is more like an Airbnb. i was told to transfer the deposit of $200 so that I could receive the check in details which sounded strange. when we reached the “hotel”, we waited for 30mins for the owner to open the door for us but only received the check in instruction via whatsapp and the check in process was complicated. with the help of the security guard, i managed to check in the apartment.
