About this house rental
Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located only 4 miles from Spanish Springs Town Square, and 6 miles away from the Lake Sumter Town Square.
You will have a 2 seater gas golf cart so enjoy those drives to whichever square you choose! (See house rules for details on golf cart usage)
Home is equipped with satellite tv, an Amazon Alexa smart speaker and a covered, screened in porch.
Guest will have full access to the home and have the ability to receive LifestyleID Passes from the Villages for $50 to enjoy all the Villages has to offer including, but not limited to pools, golf access and much more.

The property manager, Dan, could not have made the booking process and our stay any easier. Fantastic gentleman to work with.
The unit was a lovely, comfy place for our (2) month stay and was very convenient to the Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs town squares. Availability of a golf cart was a big plus for us to get to frequent activities at the Savannah rec center.
The place was very clean upon check-in, keycode worked, wifi access easy, tv’s all ok. Everything we looked to use was there except a colander to rinse all the fresh fruits. Neighbors were friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay here again and would entertain any unit Dan had to offer.

Traveled with family and the location was ideal between 2 squares. The golf carts were a definite plus. Everything we needed was in the house and we so appreciated the coffee and well stocked kitchen! House was very clean, and the host was very responsive. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I, along with our adult children, needed a 3br "base of operations" while visiting with family in The Villages.
This home was everything we needed and more. Very comfortable, perfect location (for us), and the golf carts proved to be a very handy way to get around (along with the app that tells you how to navigate the cart paths to get where you need to go!).
Moreover, the Renter (Dan) could NOT have been more responsive or communicative throughout the entire process, which was very much appreciated.
Won't hesitate to rent this home again should we have similar needs in the future.

The pictures do not match the property. Inside or out. Stains on the rugs, landscaping has dead trees and leaves everywhere.
The hot water lasted for three showers in the morning, no hot water left by 9pm.
The next morning all 3 showers were cold. Messaged the manager after the first day, he said it was normal.
I'm happy we had family nearby we spent the most time with.
Very sad experience.

Dan Schiver was very helpful and answered our phone calls and e-mails very quickly.
I said the neighborhood was fine, but the landscaping left ALOT to be desired compared with the rest of the neighborhood.
Most of the windows did not open on the lanai and the screens had holes in them. In our opinion, it needs much work and it is very small and hard to move around in it.

Nice, spacious home in good location in The Villages ... 0.7 mile from family pool, pickleball courts, golf course ... 0.3 mile from Savannah Center for musicals, concerts, shows ... 3.1 miles from Spanish Springs Square for nightly musical entertainment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was clean and well stocked with anything we would need. With 2 couples, the 2 golf carts were perfect. The guys could take one to golf, while the gals could do our thing.
The home is located nicely between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. There is a red center with tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, golf, and pool less than 5 minutes away on golf cart.

Overall the place was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The dining room table and chairs were small and for out doors and did not do well on the carpet. The fuel gauges not golf carts did not show full when actually full, otherwise the golf carts worked great.

Golf Trip
Stayed with a few friends for a short golf trip. Everything you could possibly need is close by. Dan was awesome to deal with. We had no issues what so ever and the hole process was hassle free. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Comfort
Overall, we had a great time and staying at the house worked well. It's a nice area and fairly close to most things...the squares were a bit of a hike. The house is a bit dated and could use some upgrades but everything worked and our stay there was comfortable. Thanks Dan for your advice and prompt response on everything.

Clean 2 Cart Home
Our group really enjoyed this property. It was clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Our host Dan, was extremely cordial and very responsive to all of our concerns and questions. He made the stay wonderful. We really enjoyed having the two carts. It allowed us to come and go even though we did not have a car for our stay.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable with family. It also has DirecTV and Roku, which was wonderful to enjoy in our downtime. The first night there, my father and I ate take out dinner on the back porch listening to the music channels on DirecTV and it felt like we were home :-)
Dan, the host is extremely friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any questions sent via the messaging on VRBO.
The golf carts were amazing to drive to visit my grandmother the first morning we were there.
It was a pleasure to stay there. I will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.
