**Hurricanes Milton & Helene Update: Thankfully our home did not sustain any damage and we are fortunately not in a flood zone. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we return to normal and our community recovers and rebuilds.**
Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, our solar powered, beach-themed home provides you and your family a fun and relaxing place to lounge, rest, and play while enjoying all that the Florida Gulf Coast has to offer.
Spend the day at nearby Sand Key Park or Indian Rocks Beach, take a dolphin or sunset cruise from Clearwater Beach, or simply stay home and splash around in the private heated pool. The home is conveniently located near shopping and groceries, with easy access to popular spots like St. Pete Pier, Fort de Soto, or even the Florida theme parks (Busch Gardens, Legoland, Disney, Universal, & Sea World).

Pool and yard maintenance occurs on a weekly scheduled basis. A complete cleaning and turnover of the home occurs after each guest departure. For long term stays, weekly cleaning services can be requested and arranged for an additional fee.
**Please note, the house is equipped with a security camera above the garage and at the doorbell for safety and security of the property.
**Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.

What a terrific weekend! This home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family. It was very clean and well maintained.
I stayed for a weekend with my son and four of my grandsons age 10 to 13. There was plenty of room to all be together or to be in separate areas. The pool was used at least 4 times. The boys also enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball tables.
I plan to rent a house again since it is only a half hour from my house.

I have zero complaints about this house. Great location. The owner communicated quickly (no more than 5 minutes to respond each time). Very clean and had basically everything we needed for our stay (linens, pots/ pans, activities, cleaning products. Highly recommend!!

This was. Our first family vacation and we had a blast. My husband and I brought our 3 boys and his sister and her family came with us. We had so much fun. The house was clean and close to everything. The beaches were 10 minutes away and the grocery stores were much less than that. Our children loved the pool and were in it 3x a day. Communication with the host was always quick. We will most certainly be staying again.

Very responsive and courteous host! The home is exactly as pictured. We traveled with our teenage son, elderly parents and our puppies. We all had exactly what we needed in the home. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. I highly recommend this property for booking.

My friends and I (5 adults, 1 ten year old, and 1 dog) just returned from our stay at this lovely home. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation here. The location was perfect- easy 10 minute drive to nearby beaches, about 30 minutes from Tampa Airport, and a bunch of activities in the area. Also close to a grocery store and many other convenience stores. The house, located in a quiet neighborhood, was comfortable, clean and spacious. Bedrooms were neat, bathrooms were clean, and the linen closets were stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels. The outdoor area has a screened in pool, table and chairs, and grill. There is a doggie door in one of the screens out to a dog run, so that was super convenient for our pup. There were also a few beach chairs and pool items available for our use. Very easy check in and check out procedures and the host responded quickly to any questions. We definitely recommend this rental!

The house was close to the description. Spacious for 10 people. Everyone could spread out. Patio table was nice to sit at. Very disappointed with the pool. We we're informed the day we arrived the pool heater was broke and by mid-week the pool was green. Good thing we were 10 minutes from the ocean.

A group of us go to Florida every year. This was a nice place. Good neighbor hood and location. Chose this property because of the heated pool but it wasn't working. Pool has a lot of tree branches over it and debris off them falls in the pool constantly even though it's screened. Weren't able to use the pool at all.

Our family of 10 stayed here for 4 nights. The house was lovely, in a nice quiet location and was comfortable and clean. There was lots of space for all of us. The 3 kids enjoyed the pool and all the games provided especially cornhole and foosball. The host, Bryan, was excellent in responding to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home!

We were a 3-generation family of 8 and enjoyed 10 nights at the property, lots of room for everyone and the grandkids loved the pool. The location is excellent for accessing the beach (10 minutes), and other sites in around Largo/Clearwater etc, and close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and more. Communication from Bryan was excellent. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Stayed here for several days. What a joy it was. There was 9 of us. At no time were we on top of one another. It was extremely spacious. The ping pong table was a big hit not to mention the pool, Foosball table & cornwhole game. In fact we did a triathlon with all the game...jumping from one to the other and finishing with laps in the pool. We would definitely stay here again. Also the supermarkets, Walgreens, panera, restaurants are 5 min away. The beaches were amazing. Special thanks to the Bryan family for letting us make memories with our love one's.

I’ve stayed in a ton of house rentals… Good square footage for a big group to hang indoors - 2 living rooms, kitchen and seating were great spaces. Cute pool for hanging out. The bathrooms could use a little help- the water pressure wasn’t great, and the bedrooms could really use some TVs and better window treatments.
Quiet block - great for passing out early after a day in the sun. Overall a pretty good value for the price… conveniently located close to all by car.

Quiet neighborhood. Pool was great, screened in, so very little debris. Short drive to the barrier islands/keys. Lots of different restaurants. Lot of dog friendly business and parks, only one beach an hour away. Over all, a great place to hide from northern winter.

The neighborhood was beautiful, and the area was an exceptional location close to beaches in both Clearwater and Indian Rocks beach. Close to shopping, attractions and lots great places to eat.
Would definitely stay with our family again, everyone hated to leave it was such a nice place.

Nice house, well located, some maintenance issues (closet doors off hinges, second bath faucet, pool lights), and some updating/cleaning needed (outdoor patio cushions stained/dirty and furniture not cleaned); some basics items we needed to communicate with owner to receive. Major construction on street with a Road Closed sign on both sides- would have been nice to know about this and how to access. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Rent this place now!! My husband and I recently stayed here with our six kids (ages 4-12) and it was a fantastic vacation! The owner, Mr. Jackson, was super responsive and helped us with all of our check-in questions. The house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures! Also, the home was well stocked with start up supplies and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area surrounding the house is a nice and quite neighborhood with a slew of beaches to choose from. Another added plus for me was that Walmart will deliver groceries to the home and it’s door dash friendly!!! Overall this was one of the best places we’ve stayed thru VRBO and I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

We loved our stay at this home! The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. It is in a great location- close to beautiful beaches and there are plenty of options for dining nearby. Bryan was just a text away and responded very quickly when we had questions.

WOW! Amazing house and host
We stayed at Bryan’s house for over a month and had an amazing time. We felt right at home at this well appointed house with heated pool. Everything is brand new and exactly as the pictures show. The back living room sectional was our main hangout in the evenings (for adults) and the front living room for the kids. The kitchen was better stocked than my own house and had everything you needed. The pots and pans were stainless steal and some of the kitchen utensils were Pampered Chef! The beds were all comfortable and lots of extra pillows. The location of this house was very convenient and close to a lot of restaurants and the Indian Rocks beach areas (maybe 3-5 minutes max). Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Warm & inviting home that was Ideally located
Bryan’s home was inviting & comfortable. The amenities were awesome from the bed linens to the beach towels & kitchen utensils. Everything we could have needed or wanted was accommodated. The pool & outdoor areas were great. Our dogs had their own run & an area to play in as well.
The spacious home was centrally located to great beaches & restaurants.
Bryan was great to work with & very willing to negotiate little things to make our stay memorable. As a matter of fact, my friend’s daughter was so impressed with hearing how happy we were, she was able to rent Bryan’s home with her family for several days this May.
We were very disappointed to hear the time we would have rented next year was already reserved.
