Visited Reno for an annual golf trip with friends from all over the US. Wanted a nice retreat to come back to everyday after my round and I found it! This place was exceptional. Well appointed, the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and the property was very clean. Cleanliness is big for me. Hard to feel comfortable if its not. I really enjoyed my stay. The proximity to everything was a huge bonus too. Nice surrounding area. Quiet. 5 star stay for sure.

We stayed here for a wedding in Reno. The location was great, near the venue and walking distance to bars and restaurants. The house was clean and bright and the bed was comfy. It was perfect for what we needed.

Wonderful property. Clearly the owners took pride in this property and it shows throughout. Very well stocked for all the needs of traveling away from home with a fantastic landscaped setting to relax in. Close to some great midtown eateries and an easy walk to the riverwalk/downtown area. Would absolutely stay here again.

The cottage was beautiful and very well appointed.
We enjoyed the great location, walking distance to Riverwalk, Mid Town restaurants, bakeries, & shopping.

If we could give 6 stars we would! The location is fantastic--close to our favorite coffee shop, bakery and restaurant. And--unknown to me, a great local co-op food store. The kitchen is the best we have had (we didn't have to bring our tub of extra kitchen stuff from the car). The team was quickly responsive to questions and requests. The layout is efficient; we could work in the dining area which has fantastic light, and I had room for yoga, too. The neighborhood invited walking and exploring. We had no issue with parking, which is always a concern for us because over the winter, we live out of our car (and short-term rentals and hotels), to chase snow. During the past decade, we have travelled through Reno often sometimes staying up to a week at a time. We have tried and stayed at various hotels, and eventually they disappoint for one reason or another. We are so grateful and excited that we have found a new place to land in Reno--it couldn't be more perfect for us!

This is a charming brick bungalow in one of the best neighborhoods in Reno. There are designers touches at every turn in the cottage. Cozy, comfortable space, and so well appointed. Easy to walk to Midtown and Downtown Reno, where you’ll find great restaurants and bars, but don’t
Forget to walk the neighborhood and check out all the historic homes of Old Reno.

This property was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable, close to coffee shops! We highly recommend it!

Very nice, clean, as advertised stay. Thank you for the information in the binder as well. I would recommend all that stay read it first before touching anything. The place is centrally located and the cute lights make it easy to find at night. The only thing I would have wished for is an additional towel. I use two towels on my own and wished there was another, otherwise it was perfect.

Sweet little place in the best neighborhood! Walkable to restaurants, shops, bars. One of the best "stay" binders I've ever seen, especially the little drawings of all the coffee!!
This charming place had everything you would ever need, just show up ready to have fun! Super comfortable, well suited for an individual or couple without kids.
The kitchen is well set up for those who like to cook, with all the basic spices. decent pots and pans and sharp knives!
I'll be back for sure!

Visited our daughter in Reno for holiday weekend and this cottage was simply the best! Phenomenal amenities in every room - no stone left unturned. Arrived late at night and the goodies in the fridge were exactly what we needed. Short walk to wonderful coffee shops, bakeries, pizza place. Thank you for the warm welcome and wonderful stay!

If you are a single or couple wanting to visit Reno, look no further! This charming cottage has everything you need an more! The coffee drawings in the guest information book are incredible! Coffee lovers won't be sorry, they have every type of brewing you'd ever want for your morning cup!
Walking distance to the river, great restaurants and bars. This IS the best neighborhood in Reno! I have family nearby and their place is too small for me to stay with them (my dog stays with family as this place doesn't allow pets) and it's just a short walk to them.
Good WiFi if you need to get a bit of work done, or a comfy sofa to binge your favorite TV show or watch a movie.
Check In/Out is a Breeze! I'll be back again soon!

Great location. Walking distance to Perenn bakery, art museum, walks around lakes and river. Many cool restaurants, casual and upscale.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a nice gas stove. It is easy to cook or go out to eat. Has a gas fireplace which is always nice.
Our stay was very pleasant.

The hosts of this cottage thought of everything! From the moment we stepped in the door we were impressed with the decor, privacy, and amenities. The location is so well suited for enjoying Reno and we were impressed with the binder of information on the cottage and the local area. As we returned from touring each day we knew we had a very comfortable retreat. Thank you for all the care and work at making this cottage a place we plan to return to.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The cottage is really cute, clean, with many thoughtful conveniences for guests. The location is fantastic because of being walking distance to so many areas, extremely quiet, and safe. Thanks to the owner for everything!

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of the River Walk and parks. Also can walk to downtown casinos. Beautiful garden too.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated 1930's cottage! We appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches. The owner has created a beautiful oasis of a flower filled yard, offering a private outdoor space to enjoy a cup of coffee or unwind after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for those who enjoy a short walk to all that is cool about Reno. We never got in our car to visit the river, Midtown, the museum, restaurants, bars and shops. Close by to lots of great hiking in the immediate area and a short drive to Lake Tahoe. We cannot wait to return!

House is cute. It was nice to have a full kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, ect., It has just about everything you need to prepare food including spices. We forgot coffee and we’re pleased to find fresh coffee on the kitchen counter.
It would have been nice to have an extra kitchen towel. It was just the two of us but if there were more we would have ran out of silverware.
The floors were dirty and so were the rugs- looked like a combination of dirt, rocks, dust, and maybe cobwebs. I used the swifter to mop the areas where we were going to walk and dusted the bedroom and bathroom window seal because I’m allergic to dust. I’m not sure why the house wasn’t cleaned properly.
The house says pets aren't allowed yet there was quite a bit of pet hair on the rug in the bedroom and on the floor. I’m allergic to pet dander and dust & was allergic during our stay. The house must have been sprayed for ants because it wreaked of bug spray. The guest contact was able to get someone out the next day to clean the floors. They also washed the dishes and took out the trash. The floors squeaked throughout the house except the bathroom making it difficult for my husband to sleep since he goes to bed early and I stay up late.
I’m sensitive and allergic and these things bothered me enough to not want to stay here again unless they were fixed. If you can’t get past these things the house is very cute, the neighborhood is nice, a good place to walk or ride a bike.

This little cottage was well appointed, in a fabulous neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend for a couple, or individual without young children or pets.
The "stay" binder had the BEST drawings of " how to make coffee" and just about everything you'd want to know about a fun stay in Reno!

We have been using VRBO for over 10 years, and this property is my favorite so far. The location is walkable, the property pristine and tastefully decorated, we wanted for nothing, and the communication was superior. We will absolutely return.

Wished we could have stayed longer. Super cute and comfortable cottage walking distance to Midtown. Very clean and well stocked with lots of creature comforts included. The size was perfect for the two of us and the front yard sitting area was a nice place to unwind and people watch. Very easy to check in/out. Will stay again next time we're in town.

Great stay! Property was very clean and well equipped--to include a small cooler that came in handy as we explored Reno/Tahoe. We found plenty of cafés within walking distance, as well as the downtown and Truckee River. Neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Home away from home
I travel for work a lot and like to prepare most of my own meals. This little cottage was very well appointed. Having a livingroom, and eat in kitchen felt a lot like home. The neighbor was great for a morning and evening walk. Close to downtown, but none of the feel. Several shops within a short walk and the host provided a great binder with lots of information for eating, activities, and very creative and detailed options for making coffee. I will be tagging this property for repeat visits.

Cozy Home in Good location
The home was very clean, well stocked, warm and cozy. We loved the character, squeaky floors and new renovations. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location for walking to nearby areas.
We loved Mid-Town and all the breweries in the area! 10 Torr was our favorite.
The owner did a great job with her visitor guide and we appreciated the gifts left in the refridgerator. :)
The only thing that we would have enjoyed in the house would have been coffee for at least one morning but there are several coffee shops in the area and there was tea in the house.
Thank you for everything!
We highly recommend this little gem!!

Immaculate, organized and thoughtful touches.
The owner of this property definitely knows how to take care of their guests! Beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean and organized, nice towels and linens, very comfortable bed. We felt like we were being pampered. Loved the gas fireplace and all the coffee supplies. We walked to several nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The owner had wonderful information to guide us. The pumpkin on the front porch and beverages waiting in the frig made us feel welcome and at home. The owner responded immediately when we had a small issue with the internet. Quiet neighborhood. Will return here the next time we are in town! Thank you so much!

Cozy Cottage
I am a very fussy senior and was visiting my children who live in midtown Reno.
Have stayed in Reno before - at Whitney Peak, and at Gemstone Cottages, and this was the best by FAR!
The cottage was clean and very welcoming.
Attention to detail throughout the cottage made for a lovely stay.
Perfectly equipped kitchen with everything in the right place.
Great neighborhood. No complaints. And trust me, I am hard to please!
Would stay there again!

Wonderful visit. We would certainly stay again!
The unit was extremely clean and well equipped. It's located in a very safe neighborhood area of Reno. Ample parking. Beautifully decorated. Our ONLY negative is that the floor squeeked. Of course, it is a very old building, but for "elderly" people who get up in the middle of the night, it was a challenge. Again...it is not an issue that would stop us from renting from this property again! Again: 4 out of 5!
