Very bad service, unprofessional staff and very far form 4 stars hotel service

panoramic vistas from the drinks: outside dining area and pool
We loved everything…… only downside was that breakfast wasn’t included in our rate so if you wanted it it was 25 euros per head. We enjoyed on on those mornings we used the facility

Breakfast was expensive for what it was. Difficult to eat €25 worth!
Restaurant - please tell your clients they need to book BEFORE they arrive (or like us, they’ll arrive and find they have to go out and then can’t park when they get back because all the parking is taken by the people eating in the restaurant….) and change your website to show it’s not open Sun/Mon/Tues in the winter. I specifically checked this before booking so feel really misled. I’ve never stayed in a 4 star hotel where it’s not possible to get anything to eat, not even a vending machine sandwich!! Your website is the only way for people to find out information about the hotel before they come so please, please, please keep it up to date!!!!!!!

The breakfast outside on the terrace was lovely. The views from the hotel are unbeatable and its location just above Bormes village is great. The staff are friendly and helpful and the new outside pool is welcome. The hotel's well located for Le Lavandou (sea), the coast and inland trips.
The restaurant isn't cheap but the food is nice!

location. the building & its history. proximity to everything yet secluded enough not to be boisy
the pool area could be better arranged and ready for customers to enjoy. parking should be included.

fabulous view. Make sure to book a room facing the sea.
Lack of choice on dinner menu. SOME staff inefficient while others were brilliant

worst restaurant experience. Slow, lost our order then served lobster that tasted like paste (not fresh and overcooked) . too many up charges for everything.

Excellent situation service and food
Evening menu very good value for the quality of food
No answer from room service in the evening to try and obtain some more coffee pods

The place is prestigious and everything is in top condition. Staff is helpful, rooms are in excellent condition, as well. The view is amazing. I personally appreciated the USB-C charging outlet next to the bed, nice detail.
There was an extremely hideous cold white light bulb in what was supposed to be the main light of the room. It's not a big deal but at the price you pay one could expect more thought in the choice of light bulbs. The breakfast was similar to the one you get in every other hotel in France but they charge you extra for it.
