Beautiful hotel, exceptional breakfast, lovely balcony, kind staff, right on the sea front.
our sliding door to the balcony had no lock , so not very secure.

Staff attention to detail and to work happily with limited resources.
Good breakfast and meals.
The first room I was assigned, too noisy and lacking final touches in the room, such as good shower, and humidity accumulated every time you opens the door.

Excellent value for money.
Definitely not luxury, but at that price , not surprising. Bring a hairdryer if you need it. Not provided and 20 euros to hire.

great place, great balcony from which we could see the beach.
Not very clean we saw a few ants or some sort of creatures in the bathroom. not very soundproof

Secure parking
Being forced to book n pay for 2 rooms only to be given a family room (4 bed) and a triple! Your app wouldn't allow us to book the quad even though showed available (4 times we tried) and as we were desperate for a hotel at 8pm we had to book 2 x twins. We explained to the hotel but they wouldn't change booking. Utter ripoff. Forcing families to book multiple rooms instead of the family room.

Friendly staff who tried to a bit more than what you are asked for.
After Barcelona where you can get almost everything 24/7.
Coma Ruga has a real Spanish life style.
That means siësta and restaurants are starting 7pm.

Easy access off motorway.
The food was the worst we have ever had in Spain.

The day we checked in we found out there was a festival , Festiuet, with the stage next door. Performances went on ALL night until 7am in the morning. Although the hotel said they only found out last minute, I was told by a local policeman this had been planned a year in advance and that it was unacceptable not to have been informed in advance, especially, travelling with a young child. I have family and friends in the area and ,had I known, I would have delayed my check in. The hotel was apologetic but declined any form of compensation.,

Cheap beach hotel. Old room and not as clean as should be. Very bad food but friendly staff. In front of the beach, nice sea view from the room.
Food, old room and beds. Could be cleaner…

Very good location, room and bed comfortable
The dishes were always not properly cleaned. I had stomach problems during my stay, I guess they have their own concept of cleanness. I would not recommend this place or go back there.

Close to the beach about 5 minutes long.
Confusion with parking and in the end we parked further away on the street.

Rooms could definitely be cleaner.

friendly staff, easy parking in low season, close to the sea
the dinner buffet is ok , but unfortunately some dishes ( such as pasta, vegetables, fries) were lukewarm or cold instead of warm because the heaters did not seem to work properly.

The beach is really close, beds were comfy.
The hotel needs a lottt of renovations.
The staff was quite unprofessional, hospitality level is really bad, the receptionists were not nice, found some strange things, but I had really bad experiences as well.
The worst was that the lady at breakfast made me really mad, she made me stop my breakfast and sit to another table two mornings, no matter how much I protested, she didn't really speak English, but she vehemently showed me that the table is for 4 people. It was a round table, and she made me sit to another table for 4, but a squared one ..... ???
Twice, and both times there were 2 other tables taken, basically with 4 other guests in the restaurant.... Really unacceptable!! I felt like a naughty schoolchild, not a guest at a hotel, a guest should be able to sit wherever they want to, and they definitely shouldn't be stopped meanwhile eating and to be made move somewhere else.... Absolutely unprofessional! At the second occasion I had to complain about her to the receptionist, like I was really being at school. Greatly ruined my stay.
They need a lot of improvement, that's for sure!
