The room was ok, but the restroom ws a little dirty. Also, the room had a weird smell, making it a little uncomfortable. The rest of the room was good and the area qas also good.

Overall property is essentially as advertised, extremely easy check-in process. Very clean, comfortable space with great value as far as location. 5 adults in my party and did not feel crowded.

We got there late night. Everything went well. Owner's dog in adjoining house woke us early. Would stay there again. Very convenient.

The bed is only a queen so we also used the hide-away. The queen is far too soft with no support and the fold out has palpable lumps and hard spots. The dog in the attached house wakes you in the morning with his/,hrr barking. Some mold seen at base of shower.

My wife, son, and I were recently in Las Vegas for a quick weekend getaway and the stay was absolutely perfect! The room was very comfortable and the owner- Tyas was extremely nice and hospitable. It was super close to and from the airport. There were plenty of stores/restaurants closeby. Easy access to the Las Vegas Strip. We definitely recommend this stay and would stay here again on our next visit!

This was the perfect spot for what we needed. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our one night. It was a beautiful neighborhood. It had plenty of space. Tyas was very easy to contact and responded to all of my messages. We would definitely stay again.

We needed a place to crash for one night before our flight and this worked just fine. For a group of adults I wouldn't have wanted an extended stay because we would have been a little close for comfort but this was just right. Thank you for the excellent communication and hospitality!

We started our trip out as a family trip, and when my husband a kids went home early we had some friends fly in to stay with us for so we could finish up the rest of our week there (half family trip half work trip, we are photographers) we always felt incredibly safe, comfortable and taken care of! We already decided we are for sure heading back here if we come back to the Vegas area!

We stayed here after everyone flew in to get situated and everything. This house was nice and adjacent to the main house very accommodating for seven girls even had room left over ! 10/10 also great communication with the property manager would stay again!

It’s a garage that’s been re done into a small studio. The bathroom was not very clean and it didn’t have a fan and was the worse part of it. The heater unit is very loud and sits above the full size bed. You get what you pay here. Location was in a great neighborhood

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and we had a nice experience. We were only at the house to sleep and it was nice and quiet during our stay. the soaps were very small so I would recommend bringing your own, as well as a towel if you don’t want to use the same one throughout the stay. I had no issues, and would stay again if I was in the area.
