The place is really quiet (if your room is not ont the parking side...), beds are comfortable.
If you arrive after 4PM, no staff is here to explain you where to go. I received an email. The place is really large, go find your key.
No service: if you want you can buy some bread for breakfast but you have to tell it the day before. If you arrive after 4PM, it is too late. Bring your own stuff, there is a boiler in the room.

Location was excellent, ir was possible to walk into Hirtshals. Room was clean and spacious. Having a fridge and kettle brilliant.
Awful pillows. Shame the entrance area not more developed to form a small kitchenette, a microwave especially.
5.0
The dramatic setting and the lovely staff, so helpful for all we needed
2.5
Nice rooms. Comfortable beds and toilet and shower in the rooms.
It was dissapointing that most of the activities such as table football, tabletennis balls, minigolf, massagechair all came with extra cost. I could have used a USB charge outlet at the room.

The location was great, very convenient for the Ferry to Norway, parking in front of the Appartment was good. For one night it was ok and we would come again, probably with mor kitchen tools as they were lacking.
Our Appartment was not renovated, it smelled a bit old and could have had better beds and some more dishes and kitchen was only coffee machine, water heater and fridge but no cooking possibility.

It is very close to the beach.
No restaurant, no cafe.
Bare electrical wires in living room
Socket hanging off wall in bathroom
Ventilation doesn’t work in bathroom.
Shower curtain sticks to you.
Only breakfast available, if ordered.
Unplug fridge to use water kettle.
No plates, cutlery, dish brush, etc. We just happened to have cutlery, paper plates, etc. with us and had Had to wash our own cutlery, etc. in bathroom sink - we bought a dish brush, dish soap, etc.
Our room number not on map.
Can’t lock back door from outside even though you can park right that door.
Curtains don’t keep light out.
Bad pillows.

Location great!
Rooms especially bathroom were very tired looking. Beds were comfy so slept very well. Stayed there for 3 nights and did not get room cleaned at all.

Lots of facilities
Looks like a prison camp.
2.5
near beach, quiet surroundings, near ferry
the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, no fire, but probably to little fresh air. We had everything closed as the ventilation was limited to opening the main door to the outside allowing anyone to get in, no smaller windows to open. After the alarm went off we decide to have that door open, but took time to get settled again as we didn’t know if it would happen again

Great location for a beach hideaway. Walking distance to town.
Bathroom could use an update, a bit dated.
4.0
- Great location
- Awesome Facilities for children to play
- Clean but simple - don’t expect full Hotel-like experience
- Value proposition is mixed
- Rooms don’t have Sea view option (we have been told only family apartments)
3.5
The room was okey
No information about closed reception at 19.00. The backup staff did not know which security box I had to open for my key. We had to open all to find out with separate cod for each one. My Swedish mobile operated in Denmark until I used the battery. Very bad check in with not proper routines
