The Safari tent was brilliant and well equipped.

Great location, pool, facilities and the playground/slide inside of the safari tent was a big plus for the kids
The deck was very slippery and could have been treated with some anti alge before arrival. My partner slipped and hurt herself trying to keep our baby from hitting the ground(which she managed but suffered a big broozing on her leg). Considering the long drought and recent rain, we understand this is not on the standard checklist but worth mentioning as a hazard/future improvement

Great place for kids, lots of activities, very child frindly park rules. We spent long weekend here. Very big swimming pool. Tent furnished sufficient and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Also late check in was not a problem.
The tent felt a bit sad at first when we opened it and saw everything piled up (tables and chairs), but once unpacked, it was ok. I would have loved to have a tap with water inside the tent instead of walking to the batroom outside every time. Also, the bathroom tap had only cold water, so doing dishes was a bit of mission.
The nights were rather cold and there is a lot of shade so extra bedding or blankets would be a plus. The bathroom outside was outdated and could be a bit cleaner.

- very nice location
- friendly staff
- it would have been nice if somewhere (like in the confirmation mail) it would be mentioned that you need to bring your own linen. there was no mention info of this anywhere.

the kids loved the tent (and we as well) especelly the slide and klimbingwall. also the animales, the pool and the playgrounds were very nice.
The dishes vere very dirty so we had to wash all the dishes before using them. some of the pans smelled so bad that we could not use them.

The tents had no air conditioning and no heat. We stayed in a tent with small children. The first day we were there it was very very hot with no Air conditioning which was uncomfortable but was doable. Then the next night it got very very cold and was raining. It was so cold in the tent and not enough blankets provided along with getting up the kids had no way to warm up so we had to leave the facility one day sooner than planned. Informed the staff when leaving but they were no concerned and were not helpful. We also were very disappointed about the amount of people at the pool
It was very hot hot so going to the pool was great to cool off but the pool was so full of people that it was dangerous for our 4 and 5 year old girls. They were being bummed into constantly and were within a meter of someone at all times. The facility allows other people to pay to come to their pool who are not staying at the facility which made the pool way over crowded. Very disappointed along with the petting area for animals was closed so our girls could not see the animals. The site says it is open but it has been closed for a long time.
