We loved everything about this condo and resort! PCB is always beautiful! The parking garage, the pool, the grill, walkway, everything was super clean and wonderful. For future vacationers, keep in mind there is a bar across the street and they play loud music with occasional motorcycle rallies that carry through the night and can be very easily heard from the master bedroom throughout the entire night. Great place!

Got to the room to find there was a conjoining door that was not listed, both shower curtains had mold on them, room stunk, tv would only go one channel all week, refrigerator had no ice marker and constantly leaked in the fridge part, there was very few kitchen essential, very unsafe for children due to lack of a way to lock the front door, tiki bar was very expensive compared to other condominiums, the parking is terrible, pools were to small for the amount of people in the condos. Overall one of the worst experiences with our stays at PCB over the past 10 years of coming.

The location is great! The people at the resort were very nice. The unit is very run down and needs a lot of repairs.
The air kept freezing up, the frig leaked, toilet seats broken, and more..
Dealing with emerald coast rental properties was not so pleasant. The lady lied about the repairs and someone coming to repair. We used all of our towels to clean up leaks and asked for more well we received more towels 24 hours later.
When you are on vaca you don’t want to have to deal with problems in a condo and rude people.
I would stay at this place again, but not this unit and I would not go through emerald coast.

Great room with perfect location!
The only down side to this room is the kitchen. Pots and pans were old, some were still dirty. There were only 4 forks .

This was my family’s first time staying at the majestic, it did not disappoint. My rental was spotless, I communicated few times before arrival with property owner was always very timely in answering and was very helpful. I will diffently come back to majestic and will continue to rent with this owner thank you for the amazing rental

My family and I stayed at this property and it was absolutely amazing! there are two doors which i had a bit of trouble getting into (it was my fault i didn’t see there was a separate code for each door) so i messaged the host and i got a reply immediately which i greatly appreciated ! The house was clean and the location was great. You can take the elevator to the ground floor and walk outside and your at the beach !

It was decent for the price. The location was fabulous, but the condo itself, needs a few updates. The rug in the living room needs to be replaced. The entryway rugs are worn out, as well. There was also lots of noise & traffic from the street, due to the positioning of the bedrooms within the condo. Overall, it suited our needs and had a gorgeous view of the beach/ocean!!!

Over all the trip was nice, but there are several thing that need improvement immediately. Microwave does not work, did not heat food up only ran & spun food. The knobs on the stove are completely rubbed off & it made it almost impossible to cook. It took us 3 days to figure the TV remote situation out with the remotes and we only figured it out after talking to maintenance, suggest velcro them to the correct TV. Water pressure or a different shower head, it took 45 minutes to take a shower. The listing stated there was a 25&up area .. that did not exist. Very disappointed in this due to having potatoes thrown off the balcony on us in the hot tub. The listing stated beach chairs, please clarify in the ad on the location of these beach chairs or that they are not the ones that you can rent outside. Not to mention there was not enough towels for a family to shower without washing them every other day. About the only thing that was good about our stay was the H20 staff in the convenience store & the food at the bar was good.

Terrible: No air conditioning for days after we arrived. 85 degrees. Sofa was broken down and we were sitting on the frame. Asked to have it changed more than 6 times. Doing dishes after evening meal meant no hot water to shower with the next day. Oven had no tempature dial. Plungers in each bathroom....that would be needed. The whole experience was a nightmare. Checked with the BBB, they were graded F. It was never mentioned that the parking lot was so far away from the condo. We are handicapped. I did text Johnathan in November asking about the parking. He never told us that we had to get to the 3rd floor of the parking ramp and walk across the highway and then hall after hall away to our condo.

The room was very clean when we arrived. When booking this room, know you book through Emerald coast destinations. Not the owner.The Majestic is a very clean and very nice place to stay. All the staff are very friendly. Note: the pools are not heated. The outside pools felt like ice water over fall break. One thing we were not happy with was the thermostat in the room. It was very warm in the room when we arrived on Saturday. No matter what we did we couldn’t get it to work properly. There was a # to call but since it was the weekend no one was there. On Monday someone did something remotely because it finally started to feel a little cooler. But just know you don’t have 100% control of the temperature in this condo.

There was trash under the sofa, the bedsheets were nasty on both beds, dishwasher leaked I reported to the number I was given and no one should up to fix it. We liked the room other than that.

Good location, no response until we checked out about non working dishwasher.
I don’t like leaving a not excellent review. Dishwasher was not functioning. The sprayer was broken off inside. Sent emails and called maintenance after check in. No response until after we checked out. Furniture on balcony was not good. Their were 4 of us and my husband had to fix one of the chairs so at least 3 of us had a place to sit. He also had to unclog on if the tubs so water would drain. We actually didn’t want to go on vacation and hand wash all the dishes, fix furniture, unclog bathtub. I know on the tub and furniture we could have called maintenance but after no response on the dishwasher, we really couldn’t wait for them to respond. Like I said I don’t like leaving a bad review but we’ve gone to FL for 25-30 years and I will not stay at the Majestic again.

Wish it would have been cleaner.
Just doesn’t seem like the property was cleaned between renters. The sheets were changed but that was about it. Thank goodness the renters before us cleaned up a bit. Their dirty bedding was still there when we checked in. Floors dirty and not swept.
Loved the set up of the condo and the view. Loved Majestic Towers and the convenience and parking and pools.
The patio furniture was almost unusable; very used and one chair was broken.

Every single room in this condo had something that needed repair or cleaning. Mildewed shower curtains,mold in window sills, hole in MBA wall, broken patio and dining room furniture, dirty dishes found in drawers, pantry and dishwasher. This is the short list of issues-many more. Made several attempts to contact mgt co and mtce with no resolution. Only person that showed up was a male from housekeeping that entered without knocking while we were undressing for the beach. Scared us. Asked to come back at different time and never heard from again. No reply to latest email asking for refund. Where is the choice for zero stars?

GREAT place, such a fun Spring Break!
I have stayed in Majestic Towers before and absolutely love it every time. This was my first time at this specific unit and it worked out perfectly! Great size, ideal location, and wonderful view of the ocean. A few cleaning things but nothing too bothersome! I really appreciate the owner's flexibility with our late booking as well as accommodating a "Spring Break" group of 21-year-olds. Will definitely be booking this place again next year if we go back to PCB!

We loved the location. Ceiling fans were very dirty. And found pj's in bathroom drawer. Saw a huge roach, we killed it. Whirlpool tub vents were dirty, drain had mold and shower curtains were moldy. We cleaned them.

Majestic Beach Resort
My family and I have visited PCB for many years and have stated at a few nice resorts. We've never went wrong with staying at the Majestic Beach Resort..... however, this particular condo was dirty upon arrival, dated furniture, the patio furniture was torn and worn. We didn't have a broom to sweep up sand from Beach that was on the floor. The jets in the tub were moldy and although we brought our own bath towels theirs had red stains on them. The refrigerator door was just nasty with old food and dried liquid on it. I wasn't pleased at all with this condo but the Resort overall was good.

Get a mop!
Arrived after a 10 hour trip and we all took off our shoes at the door so we could keep the unit clean. After walking around in the unit for about 20 minutes as we unpacked, the soles of our feet were black and covered in grit. I notified the management company who said they were sorry the unit "wasn't as clean as it should have been" and to enjoy my stay. I told them I was going to Walmart to buy a mop because the unit was filthy. They had maintenance bring me a mop.....too bad it wasn't connected to a housekeeper! We picked up hot wheel cars, dinosaur toys and trash off of the floor. I ended up cleaning the condo myself and left it cleaner than it was when we arrived.
You also have to pay extra for the pool, spa and fitness center....not included with this condo. We were even provided wrist bands......but you need a key card!
There were two entrance doors with separate key pads. The exterior door locks the entrance to 2 condos. We were not provided that numerical code. We were only provided one code for the actual entry door to our condo. The exterior door was unlocked when we arrived but security made rounds and locked the door when we were out buying groceries. We had to go down and ask them to open the door for us. With the wait for the elevators (usually 10 to 15 minutes minimum each way), cold and frozen food wasn't cold/frozen any more! When I contacted the management company, they seemed to not know there were 2 locked doors......they had to find out the other code.
I would not recommend this condo. It is the worst experience we have ever had in PCB. And this was a special trip to celebrate our granddaughter's graduation. The trip was awesome other than dealing with the condo issues!
