I wanted to award my wife and my girls with a trip to cincy. The house was centrally located near everything happening in the city and even though I had a rental car, I sometimes used an Uber because everything was so near and the cost was reasonable. Our host Kris made sure he added special touches to the house and to our visit and we didn’t have to want for anything. I will use this house again if I am ever in the area.

Property is as described. Kitchen is nicely equipped with necessary cooking essentials and ingredients, spices, oil which is nice if you need to prep some breakfasts etc. Board games and children books are available in the house, a nice touch. Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Within walking distance to the Zoo. A nice stay for our family overall.

We came from Michigan and Illinois for a wedding in the Clifton area. Location of house was ideal and was a very comfortable stay. Clean and had all the necessities. I guess I am buying a bidet 😝

I came into town to watch my son's team beat up the Bearcats!! Boomer Sooner!
My sisters came in from Cleveland (Go Browns) and Chicago and we had a great family weekend!! Spent a lot of time on the porch. Walked to the Zoo. Short drive to UofC. House was perfect for our group and Kris was VERY quick to respond to us. Highly recommend Findlay Market!

We had a problem with the digital thermostat locking up on us and our host Kris drove over two hours to fix the problem.
Kitchen cabinets are supplied with spices, coffee, snacks and drinks in the refrigerator.
Thanks Kris for being a great host during our return stay!
You can’t go wrong with booking a stay here!

Our company travels for business purposes and four of our employees had the pleasure of staying at ”Walk to Zoo, UC, Short Vine Entertainment, and Hospitals - Close to Everything” hosted by Kris in Cincinnati, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
The property is stunning – a spacious and beautifully appointed home boasting four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The attention to detail in every room is remarkable, from the stylish decor to the thoughtful amenities provided. Whether it was the cozy bedding, the well-equipped kitchen, or the inviting living spaces, every aspect of the home was meticulously curated to provide a welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for visiting local fun spots or heading into downtown.
One of the standout features of our stay was Kris himself. As a host, Kris was incredibly detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was seamless. From the moment we booked our stay, Kris communicated impeccably, providing thorough instructions and promptly answering any questions we had. He truly cared about our experience and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.
What truly set Kris apart was his thoughtful touches throughout the home. From the welcoming beverages to making sure the temperature was perfect, Kris thought of everything to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests. We highly recommend this property for a workgroup or any gathering.

Three work colleagues and I attended a conference at U Cincy and instead of 4 hotel rooms, we booked this house, a 5 minute drive from campus. Perfect place. We each had our own comfy room and had plenty of space to work solo or together. Pics make the house bigger than it really is, but it ended up being perfect for us. Contact with Kris was exceptionally prompt and helpful. Would rent again in a heartbeat if we ever make it back to Cincinnati.

Kris is a phenomenal host and puts lots of personal touches in his property. The home was clean, updated, and had lots of sleeping spaces. We had 4 adults and 6 kids under 6 and it fit us fine. The mattresses are soft, which is a total personal preference thing.
I would say this is on the edge of an up and coming neighborhood. If you're not familiar with Cincy it's worth being aware. Also the parking is on the street in front of house where you cannot park from 3-6pm during the week days.
Overall we had a great stay and Kris was available to answer any questions and make sure we had a great time!

It was tough finding anything to rent thanks to someone named Taylor, but we luckily stumbled across Kris's listing just north of the city. I turned out to be the ideal place. Close to everything we went to (Reds game, Zoo, and of course a certain concert) and we never had to get on the highway. Kris is the ideal host and the communication started as soon as we booked, not after we got there. We were greeted with a spotless home, snacks and a much needed adult beverage. The home was more than enough space for the 6 of us and had everything we could have asked for. Parking on the side street was fine as the home is on the corner. I highly recommend this place, not only for the location and amenities, but mainly for Kris. A host that goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect!!!

Kris was a stellar host and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. He communicated from the start with a message shortly after booking and throughout our stay, answering all questions and assuring we had all we needed. The house was immaculately clean and Kris even supplied additional seating, snacks, and drinks. We utilized the front porch for hanging out and enjoyed meeting the neighbor across the street. Everyone in Cincinnati was so friendly. We were three families meeting up to visit the Ark and Creation Museum and it was a great location for both venues. We had plenty of sleeping options for all 7 of us! I would recommend eating at Island Frydays (so delicious) and The Turf Club!! We parked on the side street and had no issues. There was always plenty of parking and the area is fairly quiet, aside from the traffic from the road in front of house. We truly enjoyed our stay and Kris is the best host!! You can't go wrong with this home!

Our family rented this house for Xavier's graduation. The location was perfect being so close to Xavier, the Zoo and downtown. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only downside is that it is on a busy street so there's lots of traffic noise. But we still sat on the porch and enjoyed ourselves.
Kris, the manager, was attentive and responsive.
Overall it was great!

Kris is an excellent host and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location is exactly as it looks from the pictures. Even better than that was Kris’ attentiveness and response time. He even had a little house warming gift for us as we arrived. Couldn’t have asked for a better and easier stay!

Beautifully remodeled home with everything you need for your stay. We went on spring break with another family and needed the space, option to cook, and the ability to get around easily. The neighbors waved hello while we sat on the porch. 4 bedrooms w/1bedroom having 2 beds. This worked great for two sets of parents and three teens. Pots, pans, and utensils were clean. Cleaning supplies were easy to find so we could clean up after meals (I recommend adding a broom and dust pan). We loved that Kris had the windows open the day we arrived so the house wasn't stuffy. There were extra blankets if we'd needed them along with a washer, dryer, and laundry soap. There are even hooks for dog leashes if you brought your pet. Bonus: Kris has installed cameras and lights around the house.
Location: Amazing. 3 min. to UCincinnati, and the Zoo, and about 15 minutes from downtown (we caught a Reds game).
Parking: You can park in front of the house - except from 3-6 M-F, don't do it. Folks drive too fast. The side street (which is an incline) worked great. We took 2 cars to get here and had no issues leaving one parked while we all piled into the other for outings.
Communication: Kris was super responsive. If anything, the app took longer to load than it did for him to respond!
Mobility issues? Know that this is a 3-story home including stairs from the sidewalk to the porch.
Definitely would stay here again!

The house was great and the host was very responsive and helpful. It's an easy drive to downtown and short walk to the zoo. The upstairs bedrooms were great for the kids to have as their own area.

A small group of us went to the NCECA Clay Conference last week and stayed at this great house. It is in a good location and it's easy to navigate around the city from the house. Kris is an amazing host, responds quickly, and went above and beyond for us. Even bought a cheese grater for my enchiladas! There was ample room for us and it fit our needs perfectly. The car unloading and loading is a bit tricky as it is not super close to the house, but we made it work and it was worth it! I can't think of anything negative to say about the house. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautiful and Kris was great to respond quickly to at questions! We had a great stay and will definitely stay again if we go back to Cincinnati. It was only 4 minutes from Cincinnati Children’s which was perfect for us.

This is a lovely house, very clean, very comfortable. It had everything we needed, with comfortable beds, well-supplied bathrooms, and coffee in the morning.
My only very minor complaint is that I wasn't quite prepared for the number of stairs. All the staircases had railings and we managed well, but I was slightly surprised. Not a big deal and not enough to change my positivie opinion about this property. Overall, our stay was wonderful, all we needed.

This place was perfect for our quick trip to Cincinnati area, I highly recommend this property or any other operated by Kris!
