Upstairs, you will find 3 additional private bedrooms, as well as a common area that has been converted to a sleeping area with 2 comfortable queen beds. This home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
Outside, you'll discover a charming patio area with comfortable seating and a grill for outdoor dining. The backyard is fenced on three sides, offering a safe and private space for you and your guests to relax. We've also added a gas fire pit, a pergola with lights, and a brand new 6-person jacuzzi hot tub that is professionally cleaned after each guest.

We had a great stay at the home. Seth was a super person to deal with - the pre-stay communication was very helpful and the app was fantastic for all the essential home information. The home itself is very well appointed and we appreciated the little things like coffee pods and bathroom supplies. The neighbourhood is lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Great space for a relaxing weekend in Lexington. We had 5 couples come to visit our UK student and spend the day at Keeneland The house is a perfect layout for hanging with friends. Only surprise was the 5th bedroom was a walk through with 2 queen beds

My family, children and grandchildren had a most wonderful stay at this very clean and nicely decorated home. Everyone, ages 3 to 70, were pleased with the accommodations. We visited The Ark, Creation Museum, Kentucky Horse Park and did a Bourbon tour. I would definitely recommend.

This home was perfect for our family gathering of teens and adults. We enjoyed the numerous bed options as we had plenty of separate bedrooms to accommodate our group. Everything was very updated and functional, nice bathrooms and kitchen. We loved the big kitchen and open dining/living area so we could all be together to eat, play cards, and have conversation (without missing the UK games on TV). We were super pleased with how smoothly everything went for our stay. Highly recommend this property and these hosts.

Property was super clean, incredible interior design. Main living area very spacious with great flow! Fully renovated, upscale appliances and plenty of storage space. Great mud room with double washer and dryer set! Back yard nice for a BBQ gathering and playing corn hole with the family. Upstairs space with 3 bedrooms Up stairs (Queens) with loft area great sleeping space and TV. . King Master w/en-suite downstairs for convenience! Double pad drive made it perfect for our vehicles. We will definitely book again when our travels bring us back to Lexington.

Excellent experience. The house was just what my family needed to enjoy some time together over the holidays. Well Appointed Home, Convenient to Attractions
The home is beautiful and well maintained with plenty of space for my large family. We were close to restaurants and attractions in the Lexington area. We really enjoyed the deck, first time seeing a chipmunk for this Texan! Kids were enthralled by the fireflies that appeared in the backyard at night. Seth was very friendly and offered lots of helpful information. I especially appreciate the QR code/app for the ins and our of the house rules and tips. Had a great time!

This house is beautifully maintained, great spaces for gathering with friends, ample space for 8 adults, backyard patio perfect for spending time outside and if you bring kids, a fenced in yard for playing. Located about 30-40 mins from the major distilleries, the location is perfect for seeing all in one trip. Seamless check-in and out, I highly recommend this house for your next destination!

Location, comfort and style
Location, location, location - The three best reasons to enjoy a property, especially one as clean and attractive as this recently refurbed home. Just a couple of minutes from Lexington's Circle Hwy almost every destination was just 5 to 7 minutes away including the Bourbon Trail, shopping, university and downtown. This home had the most comfortable beds I have experienced while traveling. The clean, modern, open floor plan made the stay enjoyable and the soundproofing was excellent! Thank you.

Nice stay in Lexington
This house was renovated and looks brand new. Everything was modern and pleasant. We had 3 families with kids staying together and there was plenty of space for all. The host had excellent communication and answered a question for us promptly. Outdoor space was cute but we couldn't enjoy it because of horrible storm. The location was centrally located and had everything we needed close by. I would definitely recommend this house!

We loved this home during our stay for US Dressage Finals at the Kentucky horse park. It was about 20 minutes from park. The home was clean, easily acessible, welcoming, well decorated and in safe area. The kitchen had many amentitis. The beds were large comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay in the home for furture horse shows. Communications were detailed and easy to follow.
