Beautiful location and plenty of parking. Bedroom and en-suite exceptionally comfortable, clean and modern. Breakfast delicious - choice of hot breakfasts cooked to order in the kitchen and a buffet with juices cereals and fruits. Relaxing lounge area to read in. Accommodated my little dog - dog bed, bowl and towel all provided. In summary - absolutely superb. It’s an excellent small hotel to stay in.

We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious
The bathroom light came on as soon as you opened the bathroom door. Not great when you get up through the night

A fantastic stay. A warm friendly welcome with a quick overview of facilities and services. Our room was comfortable and well appointed.
Breakfast options were plentiful and beautifully cooked.

Location is perfect with easy access to beaches and the coastal path

Staff were really friendly, newly refurbished decor was excellent, cooked breakfast was fabulous. Nice touches of welsh cakes in the room, bathrobes in the room and a complimentary drink at the bar were all lovely. Sunset views from the terrace were also excellent.
Our room had a separate toilet and bathroom across the corridor, which I had not expected and whilst only for our use, detracted from this being an otherwise excellent stay. There also needs to be more electric sockets in the room as most were taken up with bedside lights.

Clean and relaxing. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely return.
Unfortunate location of bedroom, always feels like you were being overlooked from neighbours house, but it could not be helped.

Fully adapted wet room .
Dog friendly
Good breakfast
Lovely hostess
Within walking distance of Tresaith beach , or disable parking spot next to the beach .
As the only accessible bedroom (studio) it was also the most expensive

Pillows a little too soft, bathroom was accross the hall but would like to have an en-suit next time

Staff were friendly and accommodated is and our little dog charmingly. Nice breakfast, particularly delicious bread. We chose the hotel because it was pet friendly and it didn’t disappoint.
Its a steep-ish walk down to the beach and back which was fine for us but worth knowing if you’re visiting Tresaith for the beach.

BB is well presented and nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable.
The owner was unwelcoming when we arrived. Didn’t tell us anything about what was available and seemed uninterested. Sadly he proceeded to light a bbq under our bedroom that was already stuffy, it was then full of smoke and stuffy.. room 3, and our clothes stunk! I should also mention that room 3 doesn’t have an en-suite. The bathroom is out in the corridor. This needs to be clear for guests booking through booking.com.
Our waitress at breakfast was super friendly and so were other guests. Food was good quality but shame it was cold/luke warm. We were also given toast “soldiers” with our cooked breakfasts.. as opposed to an adults round of toast. The equivalent of one slice of bread between two adults. I’d some up this country house as overpriced for the experience and services.
