I liked the tiny house
had trouble with code as well as finding the property, and the outdoor light didn’t work

Clean, comfortable, good location
Terrible check in procedures

Location
This is a tiny room not tiny house, very claustrophobic and was incredibly hot as only one window.
Pass the keys management sent numerous texts beforehand and to top it all, scammers infiltrated their system and sent me a message thru booking.com with a link to make me pay twice. Then got contacted thru WhatsApp by scammers who knew about my stay and my details..Have contacted pass the keys but nothing has been done and sadly booking.com uninterested.

It was a nice tiny place
It was not clean, the outside was hard to enjoy and the dog barked every single time I tried to open the door. There were workers outside of the bathroom window. Too hot during summer. The alley was scary and full of trash

Very quiet, comfy stay in a great location close to lots of lovely restaurants and cafes and a short walk to the beach

Great location, thoughtful touches in the room and very comfortable

Door to wet room and toilet could be better quality. Additional security for front door ie additional bolt on the inside. Entrance gate requires adjusting. Only one window for ventilation at ground level

Location and facilities
By not providing the access key code it was a stressful start to the visit. We were only able to gain access to the room by the good fortune of meeting a friend of the owner of the property.
The code was eventually sent 24 hours into our trip!!

Modern, clean, self contained, great facilities to prepare food, close proximity to high street and beach
Finding the accommodation was difficult, address is not Oxford Street but Oxford Close, had to ask local pub for assistance and when Oxford Close was found it was the hosts private home, thankfully I was escorted by them and shown the separate access, needs better signage and maybe sensor lighting in the alley way as the entrance is situated at the back of the hosts property.

it was lovely, had everything you needed. very clean. comfy bed. thank you for the welcome Prosecco that was so kind!
nothing!

The location was perfect (but a little bit difficult to find at first). Being key-less made our stay stress free. There was built in chromecast in the TV that made streaming easy through our phones. The property is small but cosy and it was exactly what we needed for a short break out of London.
It could have been a little bit cleaner. It was very clean overall but the inside of the drawers were a bit dirty/dusty (we never used them so it didn't bother us anyway)

Loved the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. location was perfect.
No full length mirror. I imagine lots of people stay here when coming to the town for weddings (like we did) so a mirror would have been helpful, perhaps on the back of the front door or bathroom door.

This was, in every respect, a wonderful experience! Well located, beautifully designed/finished, and very private and comfortable. We would definitely visit and stay again!
Couldn't fault it!

Location was ok
Shower drainage blocked, not enough toilet paper and slightly claustrophobic. Bed too high and not too comfy
5.0 / 5.0
The location is very central to everything: train station, seaside, buses to Canterbury, shops.
There is a barking dog on the fence/ gate literally just beside the door and it is scary. It barks each time we arrive and get out the place.

very pretty and clean
very very hard to find.. people should be told behind the centurion ship pub off of Oxford street ..
it’s a walk behind the pub .. you cannot drive there. . very difficult to find .

Great location, a stone’s throw from Whitstable High St and a short walk from the station. Clean and comfortable and the hosts right there if you need something but also private and quiet.

cute little cabin, well done and well equipped. great location just around the corner from the high street and close to the beach. we had a welcome bottle of Prosecco waiting for us which was a nice touch.
the bed was extremely uncomfortable. way too soft and lying down created a little valley with my body in a v-shape. blanket on the bed was not particularly clean and fresh. need to constantly sit as humidity build up. my jacket hanging in the coat hood was completely wet from condensation in the morning. would have been nice to have shower gel.

The bed was very comfortable and the location superior.
The shower together with the bathroom was not very hygienic.

Great central and quiet location, comfy bed, nice design touches
Management company sent excessive emails and text messages, convoluted online ID verification & check-in procedure (you'll be charged £100 for losing non-existent keys), freezing cold room on arrival - took four hours to heat up the shed
4.5 / 5.0
Very warm and snug. Great facilities and the location was perfect. So quiet, but just a very short walk to the high street. Amazingly equipped, couldn’t have asked for more!
A full length mirror or a large wall mirror would have been useful. Took some time to actually find the entrance to the property, so instructions on it’s location could be clearer.

Attention to detail - the lockdown project is simply superb

No breakfast was not included, felt like I was walking up a dirty ally to get to the place
It’s a lovely fancy shed that they have built in the garden
Felt a bit threatened when it came to the keys that I would get charged if I couldn’t get in there is no key not sure if that’s a just a policy thing?
4.0 / 5.0
Location and cleanliness
No parking even though it came up in our search with parking as essential. Bed mattress too low in the bed so you keep hitting the hard bed edge during the night. Mattress should be raised about 5cm eg by some timber under the mattress
