5.0
Ontbijt was in orde.
Locatie was goed.
gastvrouw was zeer onvriendelijk en ongeinteresseerd in haar gasten
bedden waren zeer hard

Schlechter/ gar kein Service.

Wonderful place and great owners. Clean and cozy.
Same breakfast every day.
And the waiters, they didn't look like waiters.. dressed Like normal people but they are very nice.
Far too few electric sockets in the room. The lack of an electric kettle to boil water is a very big minus.

The buffet breakfast was great! The location is very good if you are with a car, 17 minutes from Gaishorn. The staff was very nice, room was big enough, but a little old style.
Our beds were not very comfortable.

Beautiful top location, a traditional but also modern hotel, runned by very friendly people - the owners are themselves a very nice family, very kind, truely client oriented. Furtheron, nice rooms, very clean, good comfort, very tasty food, good variated menu, quick service, no complaints about it. Facilities as described are real, WiFi functional in open places. Fitness possibilities too. As Jungholz tourist with a tourist card, you can also benefit of some extra facilities in Jungholz and Tanheimertal, i.e. promotional skipass etc.
We had just to few snow there to can ski but went to Obersdorf - Germany, just 40 minutes away. There you can ski very good! Nice runs

Off the beaten path, but the views and surrounding area is amazing. Great for hiking. Parking available on the property.

The Staff were friendly and the restaurant was acceptable.
The Room had 3 🌟 in 1997 but I reckon the floor carpet hasn't been renewed since then. Visitors were pretty loud even after 22:00 o'clock .

The view and surrounding areas were very beautiful, cows were in the nearby pastures. The provided breskfast was very adequate and delicious.
Room no 24 was not very comfirtable. The shower taps are marked incorrectly, the duvet was too short, the toilet seat needs adjusting as it moved when sat on, the smell from the kitchen is very strong and the toilet window offers little privacy. Its all a bit rundown for the price paid and unfirtunately there was no apology when i showed the waiter there was hair in the evening meal.

The room was really nice, spacious and with a marvelous view on the mountains. The breakfast was great, there was everything we needed. There is a nice playground for kids just in front of the hotel. The staff spoke English poorly but that wasn't a problem. We were greeted well.
Everything is in German and at first, we couldn't check in because the receptionist was working in the restaurant on the floor below. The sign telling about it was in German so we had to wait until someone German speaking came. But that is just a minor minus:)
