Salo' is one of the most lively towns by the Lake Garda. It is a well kept village but large enough to find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. In particular the "promenade" along the lake and its harbor are one of the most iconic spots along the western coast of the lake.

This apartment is located on the second floor (served by ELEVATOR) of one of the MOST ELEGANT and EXCLUSIVE building in the town of Salo'. it is located along the main street in town, parallel to the promenade along the lake.
The whole apartment is very large (approx 150 sq/mt) and bright, with windows in every room! It is composed of a spacious living area with a modern kitchen and brand new designer furniture, 4 BATHROOMS and 3 bedrooms. There are two master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a 3rd bedroom with a stylish compass bunked bed.
This modern architect designed apartment is completed by all amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and washing machine.
This apartment is located only a few steps away from the Lake in the heart of the historical center of town, 15 meters away from the Lake!!! This is the most exclusive and lively area of town (and probably of the whole lake garda!) and there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and shops walking distance from the apartment. We are also about 100 meters away from the harbor where you can take the Ferry that will take you directly to all other villages along the coast of the Lake.
Salo' is located about half way along the western coast of the Lake Garda, in an ideal position to reach many other towns and villages around the lake such as, Peschiera, Sirmione, Toscolana, Desenzano, Limone, etc.
Coming by car suggested but not necessary. Being in the center of Salo' allows you to reach everything you might need during your stay on foot or by ferry.

This EXCLUSIVE apartment is located in the most ELEGANT area of town, only about 20 METERS FROM THE LAKE and close to all the shops, bars and restaurants that Salo' has to offer. The renovation of the apartment is currently being terminated by a well-known ARCHITECTURAL STUDIO. Studied to ensure maximum comfort it will be AVAILABLE FROM MAY 5th.
