The ocean view when you walk in the front door of this oceanfront corner unit in Crescent Shores will take your breath away!

The shiplap hallway welcomes you in with three of the four fully appointed bedrooms (king, 2 queens, 4 twins) and two of the three full bathrooms with tub/shower combos. Each bedroom has a smart TV for those moments when you need a break from the beach or pool. The custom-built bunkroom is the perfect hangout for your kids! It shares a connecting bathroom with the king bedroom featuring custom-built furniture, new bedding, and a smart TV. Across the hall is the other full bath and the third bedroom with 2 queen beds and a smart TV.

The open floorplan kitchen and living room are the perfect places to spend time with family while sharing a meal, watching a movie, or enjoying the view. The kitchen has new white cabinetry, quartz countertops with waterfall edge, quartz backsplash, new plumbing, and new appliances. An added coffee/wine bar adds something special to your family moments! It has a coffee maker that uses K-cups for a single cup of coffee or coffee grounds for a whole pot and also a built-in beverage fridge for the perfect temperature drink. The living room has a spacious sectional sofa...perfect for watching a movie on the 65" smart TV or looking out to the ocean beyond.

Directly off the living area is a spacious, beautifully decorated master suite (king) with walk-in shower and jetted tub in the attached bath. Large sliding doors off the living room and master bedroom lead to an expansive 27 ' balcony with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining area ... the perfect place to watch family playing on the beach or swimming in the pool below.

The Crescent Shores Condominium has a 110 foot oceanfront pool, a 200 foot Lazy River, two oversized hot tubs, a 1 foot kiddie pool, an indoor pool (for a break from the sun or for a dip in the colder months), and an on-site Fitness Room.

We're located just three miles north of Restaurant Row, two miles north of Barefoot Landing, and close to many fun area attractions; including Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage, Duplin Winery, Grand Prix Amusement Park, Alligator Adventure, many top golf courses, Top Golf, miniature golf courses, and many other entertainment attractions.

We have poured our hearts and souls into renovating our condo! The new ceilings, paint, flooring, furniture, cabinetry, countertops, tile, appliances, beds and bedding, decor, and kitchen supplies have all been done to help our family have an enjoyable time on vacation. We know your family will love it as much as we do!

The property was very updated and modern. It had all the accommodations that we needed, and the owner was very responsive to questions we had. Our children loved the bunk room and the charging ports in the beds was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Appreciated the outdoor storage and additional beach toys/chairs that were there. The property was well maintained and had security that was helpful and kept the pool and parking areas clean. Location was great, close to put put, Barefoot Landing and many stores. Beach area was also great, clean with a lifeguard nearby.

Two parents, four kids, two grandparents, and a couple of in-laws had more than enough space for a week-long July 4th getaway. Place was clean, location was perfect, parking and check-in were hassle-free. Third-floor was very convenient for pool and beach access. Condo had everything we needed. Very clean and updated throughout. Felt like we were in a new place. Highly recommend !

We loved everything about our stay in this Condo. The 3rd floor was absolutely perfect view for pool and ocean with ease of using the stairs for individual trips up and down. We only used the elevator when there was more than 4 of us. The property has grocery buggies and hotel like luggage carts for hauling stuff in. The parking deck was crowded but we went up to the 7th floor every time and had no problem finding open spots and didn't have to worry about hitting anything. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except corn on the cob spikes and we didn't anticipate those being there so we brought our own. The closet had beach chairs sand toys boogie board and an umbrella in it. You can tell that

This property did not disappoint. It looks exactly like the pictures, clean and the view is amazing. We stayed 3 generations and everyone had an amazing time. The house has everything you need. Lindsay and Rick were always there if we had a question. We will definitely be coming back. Do not have any reservations booking. You will love it!

This condo was perfect for our large group (5 adults and 6 kids). The location is wonderful and the updates are beautiful! Lindsey was very quick to respond when we had one minor issue at check in and took care of things immediately!

The property was just as pictured. Owner is very responsive!!! Clean and beautiful! Kids had a blast! Only complaint was the over powering smell of weed from our neighbors!! 24/7 !! Nothing the owner can do about that!!! We definitely will be back!

The owners are amazing! They answered my calls immediately. My Aunties are 70 and up. They enjoyed people and wave watching from the balcony. The property is really modern and clean. I can not say enough about this property. We will be back. Handicap Friendly and everything is convenient!

Lindsey’s property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our family really enjoyed the location - we had two young children with us and there is so much to do in the area for them! Most of the beds were very comfortable, and our girls loved having the bunk room!

This condo is a five star. So modern and updated on the inside. The number of beds and bathrooms was my favorite part of this condo. So many options for a larger crew. Check in was a breeze. Communication from property manager was simple. Parking was always available in the garage. Space on the beach was perfect and not crowded. And lastly the outside beach chair storage closet was the perfect addition to keep the sand levels down.

Beautiful, and exactly as pictured! Our family vacationed for two weeks. My granddaughters enjoyed the lazy river and indoor pool. Indoor pool was a hidden gem! Super warm and inviting on cool evenings. Access to the beach was steps away. Plenty of beach chairs and toys in closet by entry door. Any issues (which were very minor) when I reached out to owner, she responded within minutes. Apartment was clean and the building was cleaned daily. We all loved being near Barefoot Landing. Beds were comfy. Bunkbeds were amazing for my granddaughters. I did have to purchase blankets, only bedspreads on beds. I’m super fussy about blankets. But that is my only suggestion. We were so impressed with our stay we are considering making reservations here for next year. This was my very first time using VRBO, I was super nervous. Lyndsey made everything so simply! And the sunrises! Stunning. Perfection! This was a perfect vacation for our family! 5 adults and 2 children.

What a fantastic place! This was perfect for our group of ladies celebrating a 40th birthday. Lindsey was accessible and went out of her way to ensure we had a great time. The condo is truly incredible... It is clear they've put a lot of thought into what guests might want and need (& gone above and beyond!). It feels both extravagant and comfortable (a tricky balance to strike). The ease of this trip was so supported by the care and intention in the property. Thank you, Lindsey...10/10!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! Lindsey was so easy to work with. The checkin and checkout process was so simple. The place was very clean and the view was spectacular! We enjoyed being ocean front and spending time on the beach with an easy walk inside to the property. It is so conveniently located with many great spots to visit! We even walked to the mini golf place less than a mile away and played a round!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach front condo! We had 4 adults and 4 children ages 1-5 with plenty of room for all. The bunk room provided ample sleeping space along with a nicely sized play area for the children during our stay. Beautiful sandy and clean beach right out front with amazing sunrises! Close distance to plenty of things to do such as Barefoot landing, miniature golf and some great food! Melt was a favorite for delicious ice cream! Condo was just as described and pictured! All in all a great trip and the owner was very attentive and had excellent communication! We will definitely be back!!

Once Upon A Tide was the perfect place for our group of 6 to celebrate a monumental birthday. The condo is spacious and everything we needed was provided. There is some construction going on but with the unit’s location, we never heard them. Be sure to use the grocery carts, not the trolleys until work is completed. Makes it lots easier. We had made plans to go out and do things but we found that the balcony and view made it hard to leave! So we didn’t. Lindsey was gracious from the minute I booked our reservation and responded immediately if I had questions. If anyone is considering this unit, don’t look any further. Book it!

This property was exactly as described - it was beautifully furnished, had comfortable beds and EVERYTHING was provided. It had easy access to the beach which was important to us because we had an elderly mother with us. Lindsey always responded quickly to any inquiry and truly wanted everything to be perfect!

This condo was just as advertised. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. Very convenient to the beach and the view of the ocean was fantastic. Any questions we had were answered quickly from our host. Would stay again and would recommend this spot to families.

The property is stunning, very clean and has everything you need. We were so impressed with the response of the property owner. The fridge was not cooling properly, the owner texted us back right away, we arrived late and I was hesitant to text that late, however we got an immediate. and had her handy man come out first thing in the AM. The handy man was also very polite and serviced the fridge, he even checked back with us to make sure the fridge was cooling down after he cleaned the coils. We were so surprised to learn there were beach chairs and umbrella as well as boogie boards and sand toys. We used them everyday and was a added pleasant perk. The kitchen is fully stocked, we stayed in everyday and did not need anything. All in all it was so wonderful with the best location, ocean views and ease. We felt completely at home and was able to enjoy our time together as a family.

We loved this condo! Very clean, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, plenty of space to play games and eat together, and the kitchen has everything you need! I thought parking across the street would be a problem, but it was easy and breezy. Being on the third floor was the best! High enough for great view of the ocean but we could take the stairs up and down if we wanted. We definitely plan to stay here again!
