This spectacular mountainside home designed by Architect Robert Carl Williams reflects an attention to detail sure to delight. With 4000 sq ft of living space, this one of a kind vacation home provides plenty of space to be together or private space be away from the crowd.
Having decades of experience in the hospitality industry, we knew to outfit this magnificent get away with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time away. This includes a whole house generator so you will never experience a power outage.
The home has 6 bedrooms. Pine Cone (queen bed sleeping 2) and Evergreen (1 queen sleeping 2) are on the first floor connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. Woodside, just down the hall (1 queen sleeping 2) has its own bath, en suite. Hillside (1 king sleeping 2) is on the second floor and also has a bath en suite. Hillside features the elevator lift from a ground floor exterior door, accessing entrance into the house in this bedroom. Grand View (1 queen sleeping 2) and The Annex (2 twins sleeping 2) are on the upper level and share a bath. All told, the home can sleep up to 12 guests (please note the weight limitation for top bunk use).
The first floor features a family room with pool table, large seating area and 2 smart TV's. One is for television viewing and the other is for gaming, equipped with a Nintendo Switch console, please bring your own games. This level also accesses the patio where an 8 person Hot Tub has been installed. The tub has been strategically positioned to allow limitless views of the open sky. There is an air lock entry with room for everyone's coats and boots right next to the laundry room with washer and dryer.
The main floor features a gorgeous family room with wood paneled cathedral ceilings, huge stone working fireplace and large screen TV. Seating for all of your guests in the dining area that allows conversations with everyone in the area, kitchen, family room or dining area. Two decks off of this level, one with a gas fire pit and Adirondack seating for 4. The West Deck features a round dining table for 6 and additional seating for several more people in the area. The upper floor is where you will find the master suite with large windows, private enough to warrant no window coverings. There is also a Vermont style "sleeping porch" off the master, screened in with a sitting area for 2, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. From the master bedroom you can open the privacy shade and enjoy the fireplace from the family room below.
For the skiers, mountain bikers and golfers among us there is the "Tune Room" located just out the front door. A heated area complete with Ski storage, boot warmers, ski tuning bench (bring your own wax), bicycle tuning stand and golf ball cleaner.

Our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 children) enjoyed a lovely long weekend at this beautiful property. As 3 separate families we greatly appreciated the shared space as much as the configuration of each floor that allowed for time away from each other when preferred. Barry is incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable. The house is incredibly clean, comfortable and well maintained. We are already taking about a return in the spring or fall to appreciate its beautify in different seasons. Highly recommend a stay here.

What a great stay!
Janet and Barry were amazing hosts.
Always super responsive and very kind to take our questions.
The house is perfect for a big group and exceeded our expectations! Super cozy, spacious and well maintained.
We were skiing in Killington and the location made it the perfect base for everything we did in the region.
We highly recommend it.
Overall, we had a great time. Thanks Janet & Barry!

Amazing times 10
First the pictures can't begin to do this home justice. It is amazing. The views out of the windows from the 2nd story where the main living quarters are, are beyond compare. Except if you are fortunate enough to be the ones sleeping in the master and waking up with windows in front of you revealing a mountain that will take your breath away, or having a cup of coffee outside of the master bedroom on a screened in porch in the gable of the home. All of the amazing views and wooded surroundings can't begin to compare to the attention to detail that the owners have given to this home. From steamed sheets, luxurious towels, to a well equipped kitchen, bedding that makes you feel like you never want to get out of bed. The house is immaculate. Five stars doesn't even begin to rate this place. The owners are so attentive to your needs. They walk you through every area of the home personally showing you how to operate the washer and dryer, elevator, the fire place, the jacuzzi or any of the other intricacies this home has. Our whole group was blown away by this home, the owners and the way they have provided an amazing home to share with those who have the opportunity to stay there. We all said this will be an annual trip and we will stay nowhere else. In our group of 8 we give this place 10 stars. Don't miss this opportunity.

Great vacation
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, clean and comfortable house, with plenty of room for our family of 12 adults to spend time together or have quiet time alone. We loved the great room, especially the fireplace and the long table where we ate our meals, cooked in a well-equipped kitchen. Although there wasn’t a lot of snow during our January stay, we were able to ski at Killington or to hike on trails behind the house, leading to some lovely views. We had great communication with the owner, who met us when we arrived to give us the key and show us how to operate the hot tub, which was the hit of the week. We highly recommend this property.

Fourth of July Hiking Trip
This was a great property for relaxing with friends and family after a long hike over Killington. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table, the fire pit, and the big open family room. The private rooms were all fitted with new beds and furniture, and the views were great. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.
