You've found the one! Kick off your flip flops and settle into this terrific, cheery cottage with vaulted ceilings, natural light and beautiful updates throughout. Nestled on a picturesque, wooded lot, this cottage is popular due to its close proximity to the beach club and many favorite Seabrook Island amenities which you can access using the amenity card included with the rental.
You'll be greeted low country style by an open front porch deck; the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Once inside, the open floor plan ensures that everyone is included in the fun. The bright, fully stocked kitchen beckons with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and regular brew coffee maker.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table seating for 6. The living room area has lovely patio doors that highlight the wooded views beyond. Relax in the comfortable seating and enjoy your favorite shows on the 50" HDTV.
The spectacular screened porch expands the living space and is the perfect spot for enjoying the beach life on Seabrook Island. Whether you're reading a book, playing games or dining al fresco at the outdoor table, it's sure to be a favorite place to hang out.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with ceiling fan and updated en suite bath. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed with an updated, hall access full bath.
The 3rd guest room is a 2nd level open loft with 2 twin beds w/ trundles. This is a fun, unique space with vaulted ceiling and windows providing natural light.
Additional features for your convenience include a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, gas grill, and outdoor shower for rinsing off those sandy toes.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Seabrook Island Club is home to two championship golf course, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, oceanfront pools, spectacular ocean view dining options, a world class Racquet Club, and renowned Equestrian Center.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:

The property was lovely - clean, updated, and very pretty. The only concern we had was the poor quality linens that the property management company used - my kids described it as sandpaper. It was a 5-star place and we look forward to our next trip!

The home was perfect for our needs. Well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Super comfortable. My only complaint was no bikes unless we had ordered them and had them delivered.

Seabrook is one of our favorite summer spots and Spring did not disappoint. The house was clean and we'll stocked with everything you need. Right in the middle of the island so about an 8 min bike to the beach pool and 10 to tennis and the lake pool. Nice front and back porches. Small but we'll stocked kitchen, both types of coffee machines which is nice. Only complaint is bed was a little uncomfy.

Tarpon Pond was a great location and the property was clean, well appointed. We had bikes delivered prior to our stay which made getting to the Beach Club and beaches very easy. Would highly recommend this rental for families. We loved the screened in porch.

We enjoyed our stay, found everything to be as described online. The cottage was cleaned and kitchen stocked for simple meals. We made use of the gas grill which was nice to have. The amenities on the island are very nice. We enjoyed biking and the ride to the beach club was less than 10 minutes. We would come back again, hopefully for longer next time.

Great time
The property was very clean and just as listed! We really enjoyed the quiet back porch sipping coffee in the morning! It was a little further than we expected from the beach access that we preferred and the pool so we ended up driving there and took about 10 minutes to get into the little shop area. Other than that, we loved our time!

This was a perfect spot for our family of 4 plus our au pair. The kids slept in the loft which was super cute. We had friends staying a few condos away which made it easy for gathering.

Great location! Clean and Simple!
We loved our stay at Tarpon Pond! The screen porch was perfect with a breeze. We had all we needed and it was super clean - which is not easy to do when everything is white ;) LOVED the pillows and comfy livibn room chairs. We didn’t rent a golf cart (we were late to that party) so we rented bikes and had even more fun! No spiders and no bugs! Ammenities card was great; bike to the beach was easy; freshfields was our favorite spot :) Legit can’t get better than this!

Property was nice and clean. We were close enough to beach club (about 1 mile) to ride our bikes. LOVE the convenience of the amenity cards in this community. We loved being able to ride our bikes all over the community and up to freshfields village. My husband tells me the golf was great. About 45 minutes from downtown Charleston.

We had the best time staying the week here with our family! It’s in a great location, there was plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen was stocked we everything we needed.
