This 4BR/2.5BA, 1900sq ft lake house is conveniently located on the water including upper/lower deck porches and a 25x25ft covered pier providing amazing views. Pier is equipped with Bluetooth receiver, speakers, ladder & whips. It's the perfect place to sit back, relax & take it all in. Comfortably sleeps 10 guest. Hardwood flooring & tile throughout. We had a great time at Rock n Reel. The booking process was great and Kitzie communicated well ahead of time to provide us with the information we needed to get there and check in. The lake house was extremely well equipped and thoroughly cleaned. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house!

This is truly a home away from home. Has so many things we love like really comfortable bedding and furniture, blackout curtains, large rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outdoor space is relaxing. We enjoyed our long weekend and appreciate the hospitality!

Since this was my first time to use VRBO I was hoping I didn't rent a dud! Thankfully, this property was exactly as described on the site. We had 5 adults, 1 teen, and 3 children 4-8 yrs and had plenty enough room for all. The weather wasn't very cooperative but there was plenty of room inside for us all to gather to do puzzles, watch TV or entertain the kids. A great place that I would rent again.

We had a great time at Rock-n-Reel. A first-class place with more personal amenities we have not ever gotten at other similar places or in condos. Very clean and accommodating in addition to being very nice, new, and enjoyable. No complaints at all and the pride in ownership was evident. We were extremely pleased and surprised at how nice it was and in our list of top places we have stayed at. The dock area was great with plenty of room for everything along with a great view.

Pictures can always be deceiving BUT not here! Great location on the river! Gorgeous home! Loved the deck - small grandchildren enjoyed all of the space they had to play on the deck! Family already wanting to go back!

This is a lovely camp, it it well appointed and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. We left our boat trailer at the boat launch for our stay which made it easy with the parking situation. The camp has kayaks, and lily pad, and nice walk in laundry room with and extra refrigerator/freezer, all added perks. It was very nice and had every amenity we hoped to have!

Beautiful property and wonderful accommodations. We truly enjoyed our time at rock and reel. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pier was also wonderful to sit on and enjoy the view. We had a fantastic time.

One last family getaway before the start of school and we were not disappointed! The house was beautiful, clean and very well stocked! Perfect location, beautiful views and an incredible deck with so much to keep the kids entertained! Paddle board, kayak, hammock chairs, floating mat . . . The kids played while the adults grilled on the gas grill and enjoyed music from the Bluetooth speakers. Gas and bait less than a 5 minute jet ski ride away. Oh, and accommodations for both of our jet skis, so no loading and unloading from day to day! The property manager responded to questions immediately! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I took our 3 daughters and their friends for weekend getaway at Rock n Reel. The camp is beautiful and so clean! There was a paddle board, splash pad and canoe for the kids to use. Everything was perfect! We hope to visit again!

Rock-n-Reel provided great space to gather, retreat from the stresses of work, and spend time together with friends. We could cook-in, eat together in the dining room or on the dock, enjoy the view from the hammock chairs, swim, connect to the speaker system and do yoga by the water, and then settle down on the couch watch movies, playing games, and catching up after dark. Good proximity to groceries as well as to Baton Rouge made for easy supply runs and day trips. Perfect for the week we needed.

Such a relaxing stay at Rock n Reel! The owner was extremely responsive for our questions throughout the weekend. The property was spacious just like the photos and the quiet time on False River was so peaceful. Loved the shower! Had not seen one where it tells you how hot or cold the water temps are. My family and I were extremely comfortable and would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in several rentals around False River and this place is at the top of my list for a redo. Clean, updated, spacious, great location on the river and most important fabulous porch and pier!

This home is amazing. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved sitting on the pier watching our kids swim and fish. It was very relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at this property. The house is well equipped with new appliances and everything that you need to cook for a large family. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The pictures don't do justice to the size of the pier/deck. We brought our boat and there was more than enough space to tie up and still have plenty of room for the kids to swim in front of the pier. The fans under the pier made it really pleasant, even in July, to sit out by the water throughout the day. That was our first time staying at False river and we were pleased at how family friendly the lake was. We definitely plan to come back!

We enjoyed an incredible weekend at the Rock ‘n Reel. The house was beyond beautiful— more than enough space, well-stocked bathrooms and kitchen, and the awesome dock was a great extension of the living and playing area. If we could book this far in advance, we’d have already made our reservation for next summer. We can’t wait to all be back at the Rock ‘n Reel in 2022!
