The LARGEST Weekly Rental in all of North Clearwater Beach! Two houses to the BEACH!
The Triplex is clean and beautifully maintained. It consists of three units: A 4 bedroom 3 bath home, and two separate 2 bedroom 1 bath units. The triplex has recently undergone a complete renovation, and now features updated kitchens, baths, outdoor areas and a new beautiful pool with a child friendly wading area. The property is beautifully landscaped!
There are 8 total bedrooms (1 king and 7 queen) which can accommodate up to 16 people. The property is located in a quaint quiet residential neighborhood close to all of the great activities that Clearwater Beach has to offer!
Each of the 3 separate units has free WIFI!
The owners require a 5 to 7 day minimum stay depending on the time of year. The property is not reserved until the first payment is made.
Given the property sits in a residential neighborhood, it may not be utilized for parties (bachelor, etc) or events. Loud music is prohibited and quiet hours (10pm to 8am are strictly enforced in the neighborhood).
Our property is located approximately 90 minutes from Disney World, MGM, and Sea World; and 45 minutes form Busch Gardens. AND, our property is located just 10 minutes from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium - home of the famous dolphins Winter and Hope!

We had a wonderful family weekend. The property was perfect for us. It allowed everyone to have some private space but come together to enjoy some family time. We are looking forwarding to doing it again!

We had a big group and everyone loved being able to stay together in one property. We ate meals at home in the well equipped kitchen, walked to the inlet for sunrise, walked to the beach multiple times a day (we didn’t miss a sunset!) and swam in the pool. The house is in a fabulous quiet location. We were even able to walk to Caladesi Island - which is breathtaking! When we had a question, the owner, Ryan, was quick to respond! Great stay - highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our gathering of a few families coming together, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach of Clearwater, was the perfect retreat for our spring break. From leisurely morning walks along the beach, to the spacious pool area, every moment at this house felt like a slice of paradise.
We were delighted to find the house thoughtfully stocked with beach chairs and towels, making our beach outings a breeze. The convenience of having these essentials provided truly enhanced our experience.
Inside, the main house and the upper and lower casitas exuded a sense of cleanliness and comfort. Equipped with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to grilling amenities, it felt like a home away from home with friends adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The hosts were responsive and quick to answer questions prior to arrival. We all loved the space and would recommend this wonderful property

Multiple family members used all three units - perfect for couple with toddler to have private unit, lots of privacy and yet accommodates a large group very well. Perfect distance from the beach. Well stocked kitchen and grill, plenty of pool chairs, beach gear/toys. Peaceful and quiet and still very close to the popular restaurants and shopping.

Easy communication, great location, fantastic pool. Ryan was very responsive. Main kitchen was extremely well equipped. The beach was RIGHT THERE and so full of incredible shells!

You cannot beat this property! It is perfect for a large group. Everyone gets their own privacy. The pool is amazing and only a few steps to the beach! Having beach chairs, a cooler, a beach cart and wagon, umbrellas…this house has you all set up!! It was perfect for our group travels to see the Eagles play the Buccaneers and to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday! We all had the best time and everyone had nothing but great things to say about the property. Everything was perfect and clean! Ryan and Amy were extremely helpful and great to work with. We will definitely be back!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had three families - mine (myself, husband and daughter (11)), my parents and our friends (two adults, two kids (14 and 11)). The parents stayed in the main property, my parents in the bottom unit and the kids had their own "apartment" in the top unit! They loved having their own space so much, and we were comfortable having them stay there as the property is very private, in a nice quiet neighborhood. We walked to the beach every day as it was very close to the property, and walked/ran around the neighborhood every day as well. It was very close to many restaurants and the downtown area. We really didn't have any issues at all, but a minor item during our stay was addressed ASAP. The property manager, Ryan, was wonderful and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Check out was very easy. 5 stars all around!

We really enjoyed our stay! The multi-family units worked out great for our families. The nice pool and being close to the beach were highlights for us. The owners thought of everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Hope we can return sometime!

We had a great stay at this beach vacation home. It is so close to the beach (approximately a 2 minute walk). It was very clean and well stocked. We traveled as a large family and had a 1.5 year old and 9 year old with us and it was well set up for the kids, even had high chair, toys, beach equipment. We loved the privacy of having three separate units so we can spend time together but also have our own space. Will definitely be back in the future.

Thanks for making our first VRBO experience amazing. When we had questions during our stay, we got an immediate response. The property was beautiful and as described in the listing. Our large family of adult children and grandchildren had their own space and the two bedroom units were perfect when the little ones needed a nap. The location was amazing, close enough to restaurants and shopping but very quiet when we returned to the property. The beach was very close and the pool was a big hit. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for everyone and the beach buggy made it easy to haul everything to the beach. Amazing family vacation.

Wonderful
Everything was just as expected from the listing. The home/duplex had everything we needed for our large family and enough space for everyone as well. We have food allergies so it was nice for the families to have different kitchen spaces. The owners were great and so quick to respond. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. The beach was so nice and not too crowded. There were also several restaurants within 5 minutes drive. Plenty of grocery stores around as well and lots to do around the water and bays. We were blessed with a wonderful trip.

We stayed here for my mom and dad’s 50th Anniversary trip. The house is gorgeous, Ryan was accessible at all times. The walk to the beach was insane, we couldn’t believe how close it was! Every amenity we could think of was there for us to use! Absolutely amazing!!!! We will definitely be back!

Paradise without the Chaos!
Our stay at this house was amazing! From the day I reserved it, Ryan was in contact answering my questions and offering his help. I traveled with my entire family of 14 - Grandparents, 3 adult couples and their six children (ages, 2, 3, 6, 6, 11, and 15). The size of the property was perfect for us. Each family had its own space and was comfortable; the duplex apartments provided a quiet sanctuary for the little ones who needed to nap. The entire property was beautiful, with plenty of plants and palm trees and the pool was a great treat for the kids. The best part of it all was the location! We were walking distance to the heart of "downtown" Clearwater Beach with all of the shopping and bars, but far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the crowds if we didn't want to. We watched the sun rise over the Intercoastal in the mornings and set over the Gulf at night - all without having to get into our car! I would 100% recommend this property to anyone and will definitely go back!

Friends Beach Vacation
This amazing property accommodated our party of 12 adults perfectly for a week. The home was equipped with all amenities, including plenty of towels (including beach towels, too), a cart and beach chairs. The beach was a very short walk from the property. On days when we decided to stay at the house, there was plenty of room to lounge by the pool.
Ryan and Amy were very responsive with any questions and provided options of dining and activities in Clearwater (our group tried most dining options and all were terrific).
When we come back to Clearwater, we will definitely return to this house. Thank you for making our first VRBO experience a great one!

Gorgeous and Very Clean
We had a great time at Ryan and Amy's beautiful home in Clearwater. So much space for 4 adults, and 6 teenagers. This was our first VRBO experience, and Ryan was super helpful and responsive, and provided gym recommendations so that our teenage son could keep up with his workouts. The home was located 2 blocks from a private beach, great restaurants, and just a short walk into town, which was a big hit for the teen girls to shop. We absolutely recommend this location, and are already looking for available fall dates.

Awesome Rental for 8 Men
It is quite difficult to find a home for a golf weekend with enough beds for 8 men. This home was perfect. Each bed was full size so each male had his own room. The location worked out perfectly for us as it wasn't far from the grocery store and more importantly the golf course. The house had plenty of room for us to have a great business golf outing. Also the communication with the owners was top notch. The best communication from homeowners I've ever experienced. They were on top of everything. We would definitely recommend the home to anyone with a large group, Thank your for sharing your home with us.

Family gathering for Christmas
My husband's father passed away 15 months ago so it was important to get his siblings together with their mother who lives with us as she has dementia. This triplex was the perfect place to do it! With 3 separate living areas, each nuclear family could have their own space and then gather in the main house for meals and games. The triplex was nicely stocked with towels, pillows, kitchen items and kitchen staples. Ryan and Amy reached out to ensure we arrived safely and to let them know if we needed anything. This was a wonderful vacation with precious memories. We would definitely stay here again!

Would highly recommend staying here! It was spotless, plenty of room. Ryan was a great host, he responded quickly to any questions we had. Location was perfect. One block to the beach and the trolley stop was close by as well. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect spot for larger groups!
With 5 full bathrooms, this property was excellent for our company retreat. It's truly steps to the beach, we went in the ocean every day. The pool is a lovely oasis. Comfy beds!

Great location! Very short walk to the beach. You can take the trolley to the downtown area or walk. We did the walk several times which kept us in shape because we ate our way through the downtown area.
