Very happy with the appartment it was close to everything . It was very well presented and had everything you need accept a hair dryer but we survived. The communication and direction for everything right from booking to arriving and then leaving was fantastic.
Highly recommended.

Lovely place in a great part of the town during the day. However, at night, be prepared for loud, rowdy groups of people shouting and singing until about 3am in the morning in the narrow lanes outside the property. The flat itself is well appointed, well equipped and very clean. Comms with the property managers was great too.

lovely homely cottage right in the heart of St Ives, thoughtful food items left for us, great that a few items were provided for beach - windbreak and beach chair.

Located in the heart of St. Ives perfectly located for the hustle and bustle. We had an amazing stay in this lovely property.

Comfortable and cosy, with everything you might need provided. Some lovely provisions left for us - eggs, milk, cake, teabags etc. Only a few minutes walk from beaches and right in town. Only slight issue was the noise at night- single glazing does not muffle a thing & we were woken a few times a night by voices, dogs etc

Perfect St Ives getaway! The location is just off Fore Street, in the thick of things. The living room is elevated above street level so you can look out on passers-by, but from above, so it feels very private. With the bedrooms being upstairs, it is a comfortable retreat from the world. Decor was tasteful and all local art and products as far as I could tell. Fully equipped with everything one needs. I worked remotely while here for more than two weeks and had good internet, no issues at all with the wifi. I'll be back.

St.Ives stay
What a wonderful place and beautiful accommodation. I would definitely recommend a property from Orange roofs. They keep in contact with you, we managed to have access earlier than planned . The accommodation was clean, very well decorated. There was a welcome pack, some cake, eggs, milk and butter which was very thoughtful. The location was perfect. Look forward to my next stay and will definitely use Orange roofs. Thank you

Plain Sailing, St Ives.
Located in the heart of St Ives. Can be noisy late at night and early morning due to narrow streets. Overall a great well decorated cottage with everything you need for a lovely holiday.

Lovely cottage in the heart of st ives
We stay in st ives every year and this was the best location of all the properties we have had. The cottage was really cosy. My only feedback is that I feel the 5pm check in is too late. I understand the additional complexity covid had brought but the properly was ready earlier (as we were in town for most of the day) but the code wasn’t realised until bang on 5pm.
