Not appropriate if you have large luggage to carry

Rooms are new and clean

Transportation is the main challenge. It is located outside the city, only a few trains come to the nearest station, which is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Very difficult to hire taxi like Uber due to location. Only Lunds taxi service was available which costed around 200 sek to go to the Lunds central station.

Subpar experience: nonexistent Wi-Fi, horrible room cleaning, and mediocre breakfast

An ideal choice for business travelers, the hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Ideon Science Park, making it the perfect accommodation in terms

The Wi-Fi speed is practically nonexistent, and the room cleaning service is extremely poor. Additionally, the breakfast offers limited options and is mediocre at best.

Restaurangen stängd. Sängen under all kritik. Byt ut genast på rum 218. Pga hotellets läge ingen restaurang i närheten. Vi fick äta godis dom kvällsmat.

Really pleasant and would stay again

Hotel and staff really good. Sky bar needs more menu options for food as very limited, however food ok and all staff great.

Gym needs to open earlier. If this is card access please can it open at 0500am as this mean people can get a work out in before their day starts. This is only 30 mins extra . PLEASE

Uncomfortable beds

The hotel is nice with a large lobby with coffee and tea. The room was large enough, with a modern look, exactly like in the pictures.

The beds were extremely soft and very uncomfortable.

Breakfast options are very few as per international standards. Room cleaning is completely bad & even milk is not available at coffee station near reception for people staying at hotel.

Affordable and functional stay a few km from Lund centrum

Good value and a very clean room in a new building.

Located away from the center of Lund so best suited for those traveling with a car. No laundry facilities at the hotel.

Fine value for the price. Clean and modern. Good breakfast. Practical location for getting around by car or tram. A few comfortable eating options in the area. Playground nearby.

In general a comfortable place. Surrounding area is modern but dull. Fine for a short walk but not in itself an attraction. Tables with breakfast very tall for children (which may also have its advantages ...).

The room was very clean and fresh. The staff were kind. We loved the skybar. Good facilities.

I would have liked a telephone to be able to communicate with the reception instead of going down everytime I need help. I would have liked a mini fridge were we can keep our drinks or fruits.

Nice rooms, nice skybar.

I am writing on behalf of my colleague who stayed there: Really pathetic breakfast, I mean it contained nothing, they said they were going to have pancakes but that never happened. The pillowcases seemed as if they had been totally washed out. Only one pillow (small). Costly parking 150 SEK/day for hotel guests. Not worth it. There are better places to stay in Lund. We as a company got really disappointed to hear this as had high expectations.

The hotel has high quality rooms and services. I can recommend any time.

At the same time, when I was spending one night only in the hotel, a group of teenagers were in my neighbour rooms. They had loud party during the night. Smashing doors, talking loud in front of the doors. It was only unlucky from the room organization to give me that room, in the middle of the teenagers group. Different floor would have been better.
