The staff was friendly and the place was clean.
The room was very small, barely room to walk around. The towels were paper thin and dingy looking. I am sure they were clean, just old and worn out.

All good

Linens, TV, bed,
Bad value! Room booked as Pet friendly for 176. Then charged more for Pet. 199. Final price. Toilet seat was broken. Plug on right side of TV did not work. Room very small. Breakfast better at Country Inn. Pet yard needs mowed. No sign to find front entrance. No signs in lobby directing you to restrooms.

It was on our path, easy to find, breakfast was pretty good. Kids liked the pancake bar.
Beds were very FIRM.

Loved the shower and the shampoo and body wash provided. Loved the tea, hot chocolate offered 24/7. The view from our room was great.
Didn’t really care for the breakfast. The sausage was grosse. The pancakes were edible. Some food was on the floor when we arrived that was not swept properly.

It was just l little too basic for the price. There wasn’t even a paper cup or glass on the room .

Breakfast was good
Refrigerator made a high pitched squeal. No coffee maker in room. Only one chair to sit in. Walls and ceiling thin. Could hear other patrons. Table for suitcase too narrow. Value not worth dollar spent. Will not use a Tru hotel again.

Not much
Built with IKEA furniture, thin walls, heavy doors. Noise from the highway was overbearing.

The EXTRA mile the staff went. Changed our room to a quieter location and LOVED the Hot Chocolate Station in the lobby!

I like the newer hotel people were nice, good stay.
WiFi asked for way too much information. Didn't like that at all. Seemed unneeded. Room number and name is all you need from people.

We like the modern look of Tru. The welcome and eating areas were open and accessible. The shower was great!
A light bulb was burned out by the bed and the bathroom floors (along the edges and the corners) had dust/grime build up so you could tell that cleaning was minimal in those areas.

Very clean and nice staff.
The walls are very thin. Also, I paid way too much for the actual value of this hotel. The breakfast was horrible and scant.

The king room was very small. Felt claustrophobic.

Nice, clean and well kept with very friendly staff! Have stayed before and would do again. Good value overall.
Did not like that breakfast ran out this stay before the 9am stop time that was given- no eggs and pancakes. Talked to staff about it and there were some delivery/ repair issues- however, since it's advertised- considerations should made. Staff received feedback well.

Breakfast was good ... setup was like a nice lounge .. very nice!
Mattress could be more comfortable. Biggest complaint ... the mini toilet ... totally unusable for me. A taller toilet or a even just a handbar and you are there. We had to buy a seat to raise the height. Your workers were great.

Just off the I95, great for one night stay pit stop during your road trip. Good hot breakfast.
Room was a bit small, King bed took up all the space. Would have liked a chair to sit an relax in after a long day of driving. It was also a bit on the pricey side for one night stay in July.

Location was great.
I believe the rate was inflated due to Boy Scout jamboree in the area at the time of our stay.

Very nice selection on the breakfast bar, although the pancake machine was broken.
Can't think of anything, we were very pleased with our stay.

Check-in staff was friendly, even on a sold-out holiday weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Hallways were quiet. Breakfast is included.
A bit pricey for one night on the road, but you pay for location/convenience.

The area was in a great spot lots close by. Felt safe. They had a pool table which kinda cool. The shower had great water pressure and the room was comfortable.
The person who checked us in was very rude. Had no place to secure valuables even though we was told there was a safe. The so called great breakfast sucked. Honestly it upset my stomach to the point I had to pullover and get sick on the side of the road. I do wish there was a pool and hottub but we knew there wasn't booking the hotel. The first impression kinda ruined the experience all together.
