The hosts were so lovely and the check-in process was great. Very clean, easy trip to town and beach. Space exactly as pictured except for bathroom / shower - cold water broken for downstairs faucet and no shades for downstairs bedroom.

We loved our stay at Little Dipper! Very cute, clean and comfortable for our family of four. We loved the location, close enough to town to walk or take a quick uber but far enough to enjoy the stars and quiet. We hope to come back again soon!

The Little Dipper was a perfect Nantucket cottage for our family of four. The property and home are better than shown in the photos. Great location mid island with a short (less than one mile) walk or bike to town. Check in was seamless. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful, charming, and bright cottage - with all ammenities needed. Very comfortable beds with crisp white linens and lovely modern furniture, pillows, art, etc. Air conditioning and washer dryer are huge bonuses!

We loved our stay here so much! Beautifully decorated and spotless! Location is good, about a 15 minute walk to town. We got a car so we could explore the island, and there is plenty of parking! Great communication with owner and just an overall wonderful experience!

Our host met us at the property and she came right over when we had an a/c question. She was wonderful and even recommended restaurants. The quaint property was perfect and beds were so comfortable with the best linens. Easy to locate by Uber and perfect location for us. Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely beautiful accommodation. We truly fell in love with the place. The contruction and maintenance of the cottage, and the manicured property itself, is exquisite. The cottage is modernly furnished with up-to-date appliances, furniture, bedding and kitchen supplies. The actual location of the property is very convenient and is walking distance to downtown Nantucket, plus it offers easy access to all other areas of the island. Highlight of our stay was seeing several Whitetail Deer in the adjoining farm meadow. Communication with the property owner/host couldn't have been better. They were always quick to respond and gave explicit details/instructions, and when we decided to extend our stay on very short notice, they were quick to help us. We will definitely return to this particular property next year, without question.

My Fiancé and I stayed here for 5 days when I proposed to her at Brant Point. The 'Lil Dipper' was the perfect romantic, quiet getaway for us to have the best time in Nantucket. We used the beach chairs, towels, and cooler daily and enjoyed late nights watching our shows in the main living room. Also, it was great to have two separate bathrooms to get ready before our nights out downtown. I highly recommend this Vrbo for a couple looking for a romantic getaway in a great location on the island!

I just wanted to take a moment to express how much we enjoyed our recent stay at your lovely property, "Little Dipper”. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect - while inland, it was still very convenient to town, with readily available Ubers and bicycles delivered right to our doorstep. Getting around to Millie's, Jetties Beach, and shopping was a breeze. We were impressed with how well-equipped the home was, with everything we could possibly need - from a coffee maker and teapot to a hairdryer and utensils. There was even plenty of closet space to hang our things, which made us feel right at home. The rooms and beds were especially comfortable, ensuring that we got a good night's rest each night. And let's not forget the outdoor courtyard, which was an absolute bonus! It was the perfect place to relax before heading into town. We can only imagine how beautiful it must be in a few weeks when the hydrangeas are in full bloom - we're already making plans to come back in July! Lastly, I wanted to mention how seamless the whole experience was, from accessing the property to communicating with you and scheduling our stay. It was truly a five-star experience all around. Thank you for making our trip to Nantucket so memorable and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Lil’ Dipper. The house and property are even more charming in person, which I didn’t think possible. The space was perfect for our family of four. My husband enjoyed sitting out front in an Adirondack chair enjoying the beauty of Nantucket. Our host John was incredibly responsive, welcoming and gracious.

This is generally a nice property, clean efficient and generally as advertised....with one exception. the house next door is being rehabbed. The constant scream of skil saws and drills made sitting outside impossible and became annoying after a couple of days...a couple of days extending until 7:30 at night. It just detracted from what I had hoped would be a few very quietr and peaceful days on Nantucket

We absolutely loved staying in the Little Dipper at the end of March. Upon arrival we saw a shooting star and we were actually directly under the Little Dipper. The decor was gorgeous, very functional and John did not miss a detail. John was very sweet and left us a welcome gift for my birthday. He was there for any questions we had and had great recommendations. (Lola was romantic and delicious.) I highly recommend choosing this property, John made our stay as easy and relaxing as possible. Off season Nantucket is a great way to explore the beauty and history of the island.

We were in town for the Nantucket Half Marathon at Bartlett Farm and stayed at The Little Dipper. We loved our stay here. Very convenient location. The kitchen had everything we could have ever needed. Laundry was very helpful after our race. And John was an excellent host- minimal communication, but there if we needed. We would stay here again.

This was the best VRBO I have stayed in. It is almost brand new. Private yard with seating area. Outdoor shower. Comfortable. Very nice place. About a mile outside of town.
