This renovated 2nd floor condo provides amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and large commercial cargo ships sailing into the Cape Fear River headed to Wilmington. Watch the fishing boats off the beach early in the morning or late at night right from the balcony as they troll for shrimp. Feel right at home when you walk in and are welcomed by coastal colors, local photographs and decorations that encapsulate Brunswick County and the surrounding area.
The fully equipped kitchen is furnished with modern stainless-steel appliances to go along with white countertops and cabinets which makes cooking on your vacation easy and enjoyable. The living room offers plenty of seating to watch the Roku TV or DVDs or enjoy the views out the sliding glass door as you read a book. The master bedroom with its own sliding glass door to the balcony, as well as a wall mounted Roku TV, showcases a remodeled walk-in and tiled master shower which compliments the entire room. The other two bedrooms also feature Roku TVs for personal entertainment. Relax and spend your morning or evening sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the surf as the breeze blows the sea air around you.
A Sunday check in and check out enables visitors to enjoy less traffic coming and going to Oak Island from those arriving on a Saturday that gives you more time to go shopping and get settled that first day without the need to contend with the surge of visitors that normally arrive or leave on a Saturday.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day and, based on the weather and the condo community HOA, can sometimes be open before and after those dates.
