We have 12 men ages 45 - 55 go on a ski trip every year. Our 2 main requirements for lodging are, at least 12 beds and a good hot tub. This place had both and a large kitchen for cooking.
4.0 / 5.0
Beautiful cabin that is very close to town and a quick 8-10 minute drive to the ski resort. Location can't be beat. Tons of space for a large group. Kitchen was stocked full of amenities. Jacuzzi was hot. Master jacuzzi tub was great (though bedroom below said it sounded like jet engine when on, lol). However, the beds/pillows were not at all comfortable and some of the railing was coming apart long the balcony. The surround sound stereo system also did not work as promised (and instructions were outdated/confusing). This place could use some updating for the price, but overall had a wonderful stay for our group of 8 adults on a ski trip.

Property/house were great, and as advertised. No complaints at all, would stay there again.

We stayed here with our family including 4 kids, 4 parent and Grandma. The house fit our needs perfectly. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great location near town allows easy access to all that Big Sky, and the mountain village is just up the road. Everything was in good order. The only small constructive criticism i can offer is that we all wish there had been more/better patio furniture to enjoy the front porch.

Good size, great for families with multiple small kids. Nice basement set up with bunk beds. Great views.

This trip was absolutely amazing. There was 11 of us staying together and the house accommodated all of us perfectly with room for others! Communication with the property owner/management was very easy and they were very prompt on their responses. The views were great and the location of the house was perfect for us. Only 3 minutes away from town which had everything we needed. And 10 minutes from the mountain. The reason I didn’t give the stay 5 stars is because of the cleanliness of the house. I think management can do a way better job cleaning. The master bathroom shower has mold in it. All of the showers drained very slow so water would build up while you were showering. There was crumbs left behind on chairs and the floor/carpets from previous renters which grossed me out. The sheets did not smell clean and my bed blankets had crusty stains on it. The house was dusty. Management needs to do a better job supplying towels for renters. We had to do a load of laundry everyday so we can have clean towels to shower with and use for the hot tub. The hot tub only worked for 3 days and then didn’t work after that. Management needs to do a better job shoveling and plowing the snow. The deck and balconies all had snow covered. The driveway was covered in snow but we all had cars with 4 wheel drive so that was no problem. A couple of us slipped on the ice in front of the garage. Over all great trip but wanted to make it clear on the things that can be improved for the future of this property.

We stayed for a recent ski trip and the home couldn’t have been better for our party of 9. Home was clean and had great amenities. It was close to Big Sky Resort/Base Camp, as well as local eateries, markets etc. we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Management team was also very communicative and reachable for any issues, although we didn’t have any during our stay.

Uncertain Value Proposition for Stay Montana
Thus was a great property and fit our needs well. That said, I don't know what Stay Montana does. There is some talk about concierge services??? We could not even get a return phone call. The little tablet happily displayed a welcome message and then would not get out of paper weight mode for the rest of the week. When we did interact with Stay Montana, all we got was policy constraints and inflexibility in response to our questions about services. Mind you, we were there to ski, and the house accommodates a ski week for a big group very well. The owner should not continue with Stay Montana. I won't return to a Stay Montana listing.

Beehive and Big Sky
Our family of 17 loved the property, and the kids especially loved the hot tub. The location was perfect since it put us near Yellowstone Park and there were wonderful hikes in the area. There were plenty of activities for the adults and kids alike.

Nicest rental I've stayed at!
Super-clean top to bottom, well-organized kitchen. Had everything we needed including a counter refrigerator downstairs and one in the garage. Beautiful mountain views, nice hot tub. Really a great rental and I've stayed in many.

Wonderful House with Access to Big Sky and Yellowstone
We had a lovely stay at this property. The house slept 13 people comfortably. We cooked all weekend and the kitchen was well stocked. We skied Big Sky one day and went to West Yellowstone the other day. The location was great!

Comfort and Views!
This property is everything it promised to be. The views are spectacular every hour of the day. It is very conveniently located to shopping and dining in Big Sky Meadows, yet close to both Nordic and downhill skiing. There were only four of us so there was plenty of room, but the house still felt cozy. The one time we needed assistance the property managers were immediately and pleasantly responsive. I would definitely rent this house again.

Great times in a great house!
We traveled with our family (3 kids 5 and under) and my mom. There was more than enough space for everyone. The house is amazing - great kitchen, cozy beds, comfortable overall feel. It’s close to everything and the neighborhood is gorgeous! We stayed 8 days and it wasn’t enough. We’ll be back!

Lovely Big Sky Home lives up to its claim.
Our family of 16 has difficulty finding homes to accommodate us. This home actually swallowed us up. Everyone was able to find his/her space. It was very clean and adequately stalked. Everyone love it.

Great Place for Family Memories
Our immediate family of fourteen stayed in the Meadow of Big Sky during our 50th Anniversary celebration. Everyone had comfortable, roomy and warm accommodations during our four night stay. The open concept space was perfect for additional family during a Friday night informal dinner. Plenty of room, terrific views and special memories.
