The property was fairly true to description besides an ant problem, which became more pronounced throughout the duration of our stay. The property managers send an excessive amount of automated emails and then do not read or respond to any correspondences from you, the consumer. A few correspondences went unacknowledged - one being my response and decline to an automated email about a "plant service" that is scheduled to come to the property if you are "booked for any Tuesday." Why wasn't this listed in the description? The experience ended on a sour note when several automated emails were sent about how we should leave mutual five star reviews. The communication was excessive but not responsive - if that's somehow possible - moreover, it was disingenuous.

Overall great property, location was a little iffy. I did walk to the Mormon Tabernacle during the day, but would not walk this area alone at night.

This property was actually spot clean. I was worried it might smell like dogs, since pets are allowed...but Nope it didn't have any animal odors just clean and perfect!! The large, full kitchen and eating area were great. The en suite bathrooms off the 2 bedrooms upstairs was soo nice! The bed and comforter were sooo comfortable! Having a 2 car enclosed garage was such a perfect touch knowing your vehicles are safe. I highly recommend this property. Soo many extras.

Great condo, clean with all amentites and well equipped kitchen. Perfect location close to downtown and other areas with great food and only 40 min away from the ski slopes. Having access to closed private garage was a plus for storage of the ski gear.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and welcoming. Beds were incredibly comfortable!! The prompt and thorough communication was also very helpful. I would highly recommend!

Loved our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. The home was close to many locations and allowed us to walk to get lunch and coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for our Christmas dinner. Definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay with this property owner and we will definitely book again for future stays. Far and away our best experience with a short term rental in Salt Lake City. Couldn't ask for anything more.
