The best of both worlds' might seem like a tired cliche, or something that sounds too good to be true. However, when you stay at Old Brewery Road, you'll realize that your vacation can have it all - the space and privacy of a Mountain Village home as well as the charm and convenience of the town of Telluride. And that's before you even see the deck! Unobstructed views up the canyon greet you as majestic mountain peaks loom like giants in the distance. Bright light pours in through the large bank of windows, casting a warm and inviting glow into each room.
Outside, a large tiered deck gives you front-row seats to the best sight lines in town as you soak up the sun and breathe in the crisp, clean, mountain air. Back indoors, the kitchen - with a Viking range - provides an excellent place for you to share food and laughter with friends and family. Upstairs, the main bedroom suite grants extra privacy to whomever is lucky enough to stay there. Downstairs, the remaining bedrooms offers plentiful room and comfortable furnishings. Open, airy, and full of light, Old Brewery might actually have you feeling a bit lighter yourself.

Our family will forever remember the memories we made in this home. The views were unreal. We were very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen and master bedroom/ shower was amazing. We loved having quick access into town , it was a short walk or you could just drive .

The house is fairly nice. It's clear it's a rental and parts of it aren't well maintained such as lack of screens on windows, doors that cannot open, and blinds that cannot be closed. Other issues were no directions on how to use appliances, ice maker didn't work, and when we contacted the owner and the person he requesetd we contact for issues, neither he nor the property manager responded. Otherwise the house was nice, and large enough for our group. They provided linens, soap, shampoo, etc. It's in a nice location that is easily walkable to town and the grocery store.

What a property! We had the most memorable time at this house. We found it very convenient to the heart of town and the grocery was fight around the corner. The amenities were fabulous and more than adequate. We did break a coffee cup outside and a beer glass in the dishwasher. But overall nothing could have been improved and we made lifetime memories their. Thank you with all my heart!

Really a great home for a larger group of people wanting to stay in the town of Telluride. Amazing views of the mountains, plenty of room, nice updates, and great outdoor space. I would rent again in a second

Great House, Incredible Views
Our group had a great Thanksgiving in the house. We had room for the group together or plenty of individual space for privacy. The house was well stocked with everything needed. It is close to town, but out of the traffic. We hope to stay again!

40th Birthday Celebration
My son decided on Telluride for his 40th Birthday Family Celebration.
We had 6 adults and 3 kids ranging from 10-5 years.
The house was exactly as advertised. Perfect for all of us to be together or get some alone time. The outdoor space is great! Location is walkable to town but you don’t t feel like you are close to anyone once at the house. Parking is somewhat limited depending on size and number of your vehicles. We could fit a small SUV in the Garage and park the larger truck on the driveway. Highly recommend this property!!!

Great Space, Views
Great space with amazing views of the valley and town-side ski runs. We stayed in summer and the walk to town or the gondola are very short (although that can be said of anywhere in Telluride). For the winter, there's a bus stop at the bottom of the street, maybe 100 yards away. The pictures are representative and not exaggerated. Take note that the 3D walkthrough shows the house before renovations - the still photos are how you'll find it now.
Everything feels updated and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, everything was in perfect working order, very clean, and we were able to find the few things we needed without any trouble. One note - if you're missing any utensils be sure to check the top drawer in the dishwasher. We were perplexed that the house seemingly had no spatula and a few other key items, until we ran our first load of dishes and found all of them in the top drawer.
The only negative (and it's a minor one) was that we had multiple service companies come by during our short four-day stay who wanted access to the house (cable company, electronics repair, pest control). We didn't allow any of them in since we hadn't been notified and didn't want to open up someone else's house to people we didn't know. In one case that resulted in a visit from the management company asking us to let the person in if they came back (they never did), but that's a lot of door knocking for four days, especially considering the limited hours we were actually at home during that...
Overall, this is a great house and I would definitely recommend!

Telluride Trip
Overall excellent property and location. The one issue we had were handling issues for the property. A contractor came to the house to assess the roof for the owner. We were not informed of this and woke up to someone walking on the roof and we went outside to manage the situation. Secondly the house cleaners came 2 hours before check out and we sent them away until we were done packing. I would expect not to manage these type of issues when renting a property. That being said it was an excellent, clean property in a great location.
