Nice cabin. Very clean. Clean property as well!! Only real "issue" is the proximity to the highway so its quite loud and feels a bit close for my liking. But overall, its clean and the place was great to stay in.

Excellent property had absolutely everything you need, minus food. Highly recommend
4.7
Just as advertised.
4.7
The inside of this small cottage was clean and nicely decorated, however, the location is well outside of the town of Moab - almost a 20 min. drive! Cottage is located literally next to a highway! Noise from large trailers was constant.
4.7
Cozy little cabin with everything we needed for a short stay. We struggled just a bit with slow wifi and the current construction outside during the day, but overall this is a quiet place in a convenient location. The small, fenced backyard was a nice bonus.
4.7
We stayed at the Juniper cabin which was comfortable. Very close to US191. Very close and had road noise. Backyard was not well maintained and either dogs or geese had visited it and left their droppings. Very poor WiFi and limite cell service kind of like a black hole.
4.7
Perfect little cabin for our trip to Moab. It had everything we needed and was convenient to Moab, Arches and Canyonland. Would highly recommend!
4.7
We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and the place was well stocked. We did laundry while we were here which was inexpensive and convenient. There is also a nice little fenced in area in the back.
4.7
We liked the cabin and the cleanliness. We loved the grill in the backyard. Would rent again. It’s so cute.
4.7
Good value. Clean and well equipped. Very close to busy freeway so probably not good for light sleepers. Very comfortable bed with high quality bedding and nice toiletries. Plenty of hot water, free WiFi (but it’s very slow). Friendly host.
4.7
Simple cabin with all the comforts of home. If you see a spider in thr kitchen, that's likely just Herbie, say hello!
4.7
Property was clean. Enjoyed the thoughtful decorations. We requested a late check-in in and we received a prompt reply for instructions.
4.7
This was a good location for a Moab trip. Even though the place is small, it had a lot of nice and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. The kitchenette was perfect size for a vacation. The only downside is it’s really close to a busy road and some updates and repairs are needed.
But the beds were comfortable and we loved the fenced in yard for our dog.

Great little cabin. Clean, and sufficiently equipped. The little porch with storage out back is very nice. Stones throw from highway, so you will notice the big trucks driving by. I wish the owners of this (and many other rentals I've enjoyed) would ditch the single use plastic coffee pods and provide at least a real coffee maker and filters. Sad to see more plastic garbage for each and every cup of coffee.
4.7
Location is great. Out of the fray of traffic in Moab, yet easy access to the roads & highways to the parks and trails. It was a great launch pad to experience the Moab area.
4.7
Nicely resourced with the basics supporting a small kitchenette. Propane grill. Fun decor reflecting the area. Clean and comfortable and a short drive to Arches national park. Check in and out super easy. Only drawback is close proximity to the highway which made for loud evenings. Would stay here again.
4.7
Fun decor inside and fenced in backyard with grill and seating was a big bonus especially when traveling with pets. They make you feel pampered. Hope to stay again . THANKS!

We stayed the last week of September. We loved that we weren't staying in town where traffic was so terrible. I didn't see anywhere that it stated the cabin is at the front of an RV park, but that didn't matter to us because it was still very quiet (even being right on the main highway).
PROS:
Tiny kitchen (yes, I put it as a pro because we're on vacation, who wants to cook?). But, if you wanted to cook, they seemed to provide everything you needed.
Mattress - wow!! The first bed my spouse and I could agree on. We checked the mattress label and hope to order a mattress just like it.
Liked the decor. Couch and "recliner" were comfortable.
Nice deck, small yard and view.
CONS:
Internet was slow. We stayed busy most days so didn't need it a lot so not a huge issue.
Air conditioner - luckily we weren't there in the middle of summer. I'm not sure the air conditioner could have cooled the bedroom. There is a privacy wall between the living room and bedroom area. We put the box fan (provided) in the doorway which helped some, but we were hot most nights.
Washer/Dryer was listed. Most properties that list this have them inside the unit. The washer/dryer are available in a separate building for a cost.
There wasn't any place to unpack. There was a closet, but we didn't need the mattress stored inside the closet so there was only about a foot of room to hang clothes. We lived out of our suitcases while there (pro, we didn't have a lot of packing to do when we left.).
But, overall, we liked staying here. It was close to what we wanted to see. The owners were very helpful.

It was a cute cabin with comfortable seating. Friendly owner on site. Great back yard space. Comfortable bed.

The property was as described. Nice, clean accommodations. We had a dog and it was very dog friendly. The hosts thought of everything.

Moab visit
The place was as described. It was clean and comfortable. There was some road noise but ran the boxfan and that covered it.

good value for the price
The owners are very respectful and attentive. I would like to have the room better maintained

Lovely stay!
We had a great time at the Juniper cabin. It was very clean, set up perfectly, the staff was helpful and the facilities (laundry, ice etc) were perfect. Would highly recommend!

Cottage was perfect for our 5 night visit. Very comfortable. Loved the artwork. Grilled out and had fire in the back. Hiked the national parks.

Clean and cozy but loud road
The cabin was a great deal for the money and VERY clean. The little back yard and fire pit were a nice bonus for relaxing. Everything was labeled, and the property managers were absolutely wonderful! Communication was great. Laundry facilities were convenient and clean. We parked right beside our cabin door. The cabin was convenient to Moab (less than 10 minutes). Size of the cabin was perfect for a family of four. The downside was that it was right on the road. The road is so loud and sleeping was tough due to this. The property manager has obviously taken strides to decrease the traffic noise by installing a wall between the cabins and the road frontage, but the traffic is still very loud. If you are not a light sleeper, this is an excellent option!!

Home away from home!
Absolutely adorable cabin! So comfy and a home like feel. Also has local art that you can purchase too hung in the rooms. We'll be back!

Moab for Thanksgiving week
As expected except for wifi. At check-in I was told it wouldn't support streaming, but okay for email and such. Actually for at least two evenings the connection was either unavailable or intermittent. The office wasn't generally open even when someone was clearly in the office, and guests were asked to call for assistance - this just seemed a less than ideal approach to guest communications. It was also very close to the highway.

Great cabin and price
We really enjoyed our 2 night at this cabin, perfect for rest and have our dogs with us. Is pretty and the surrounding is gorgeous. If you want to explore Moab, this is great place to stay.

Perfect Moab stay.
Owners were very nice and check in was great. The location was perfect. The cabin was exactly as pictured. We loved it. They provided a lot of necessities as well. Loved the place. Thanks for a great week!

Cozy and nice
It’s small but you can tell the owners are incredibly nice and helpful. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay very much. We squeezed 4 people and it wasn’t too bad.
