Come stay at our Regency 10 at OCMD

Beachfront and on the Boardwalk! Down around 21st street, so plenty of action, but not too loud. Relax on the third floor where you can hear the ocean waves and peoplewatch the Boardwalk.. 24' double sized Balcony provides ample space for you and your family. Comfortable central-air and elevator access.

Entire unit has been completely redone. Bright and airy, fancy finishing, lots of space. This is your home away from home.

Master Bedroom- New King size bed and 52" tv and ceiling fan. Master bathroom features lots of storage and an oversized walk in shower. Bedroom has full ocean view.
2nd Bedroom- Twin Beds that can convert to King with wedge (though this room functions better as Two Twin Beds, wedge is a stopgap). Also has a ceiling fan and streaming TV.
3rd Bedroom- Twin over Full with Twin trundle. Streaming TV.
2nd Shared Bathroom features Iron bathtub with easy access for toddler washing.
Gourmet kitchen contains a built-in booth for seating and additional seating at island. New appliances. Keurig, Toaster, Dual Oven. New Appliances.
Family Room showcases a 60" TV with Comcast, Disney, Netflix, and DVD. Sofa converts to Queen bed.
Blackout shades in every room.
Laundry Room is full size and inside the unit.

ELEVATOR ACCESS to the third floor. Unit does have two small steps in Hallway and Master Bathroom.

PARKING: One dedicated space under the building (6' 4" MAX), 5 additional shared spaces for the entire building outside. Also, street parking nearby.

Everything was as advertised and then some. Our stay was amazing, and Joshua was incredible with everything from leaving us gifts to answering any and all questions. Rental was incredible and would definitely stay at this location again.

Beautiful place with an amazing view! I honestly cannot say enough good things about the condo. It was extremely clean, beautiful inside comfortable and our family enjoyed sitting on the spacious deck having our morning coffee or hanging out in the evening listening to the ocean laughing and talking! Thank you Sarah and Joshua for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could make some amazing memories!

This property was perfect for the 4 of us; me, my husband, our 6 year old son and my mom. The condo was exactly as listed, very clean, and perfect location for dolphin spotting and people watching! Joshua was always prompt and thorough in his responses and provided a very nice welcome bag that we enjoyed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful views and property with us!!

This place was by far the cleanest that we’ve ever stayed in at OCMD! Modern, comfy, and close to everything. The games provided for families, as well as the nightlights and sound machines were added bonuses for our kids. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely time in this property. As advertised, the condo is beachfront and in a really convenient location. Like many OC properties, the building is older, but everything inside of this condo is brand new. It was super clean, modern, and the view is an absolute showstopper! There was plenty of room for my two tween daughters to relax, and when my sister and niece arrived later in our stay, there was still ample space. The beds were comfy and the supplies provided were just enough to last for our stay. We will definitely return. Josh is a friendly and responsive host. Check in was seamless. I’ve rented several OC properties before, and this is our fave. Please note that if you have a large SUV, the garage clearance is 6’4. Our Yukon fit but was almost touching the ceiling, so we used the parking available in the front of the building. Didn’t present an issue this time, but during the busier summer months, it may be more challenging to find open spaces. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great place, great location, great view of ocean and beach.Best stocked condo I ever stayed in. Great furnishings. Stove was a bit too technical but alright. Everything worked and plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, cups and pots and pans.

Justin the host was extremely accommodating. We have stayed at. several z bro properties in the past which were acceptable with no major issues or problems. However our stay at Regency 10 and the unit itself was nothing but exceptional. Location. Cleanliness, essentials, furniture, beds and TV’ s were all in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. I could go on and on and still not totally express how pleased we were with the unit. September 7-10 2023

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very well kept, and up to date. The owner even included a welcome bag which was a generous bonus. One of the cleanest places we have stayed in, and we have been going to OC for 23 years! We had issues with the lock which he was more then happy to take care of once made aware of.

We absolutely love this condo. The best we have stayed at in over 30 yrs coming to OCMD. We feel very much at home here and the unit has plenty of room for our family of 6. The unit is very clean with very comfortable furniture. Check in is as simple as it can be. Joshua and the host family are A+. Excellent communication before, during and after our stay. We plan on coming back here as often as possible.

The condo itself was nothing short of exceptional. Its modern design and tasteful decor created a welcoming ambiance. The living space was well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and ample room to relax and unwind. The large windows offered stunning views of the beach and the bustling boardwalk, allowing me to soak up the vibrant atmosphere from the comfort of my own space. One of the highlights of this condo was undoubtedly its convenient location. Being right on the boardwalk meant I had easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to take a leisurely stroll along the beach, savor delicious local cuisine, or indulge in some retail therapy, everything was just steps away. The lively energy of the boardwalk, especially during the summer season, added an extra layer of excitement. The condo amenities were top-notch as well. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare meals whenever I desired, giving me the freedom to dine in at my own convenience.

We had a perfect time hanging with our family of four in this immaculate and perfectly located condo. The views were amazing. It was nice to have a reserved extra large parking place. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the oversized balcony every day. The host was wonderful and fully responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

We have stayed in this building in the past, and while the units have all been nice (clean, quiet, etc,) this unit was recently remodeled, and is quite lovely! We LOVED the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms! And the electric fireplace was so great - we've decided to replace the gas fireplace in our house with one of these! We brought our own linens, including kitchen towels and pot holders, but found that those are in place already - we just washed and dried them before we left. We will definitely be looking to rent this particular unit again! And did I mention that the owner was very communicative and helpful? Such a nice experience - thank you!

The pics were accurate, it was gorgeous! It was extremely clean, nicely provided amenities and spectacular view. It was a vacation place you dream about! Renovation of condo is gorgeous with many thoughtful details. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are very comfortable, and we appreciate having actual cable to watch! We would definitely rent this condo again as location is great on the board walk but high up enough that it's very quiet.

Joshua's Regency Unit 10 was an outstanding choice for our autumn visit to Ocean City as a couple. The condo was very clean and very well appointed. Layout provides an ocean view from anywhere in living room, kitchen, and master bedroom plus the balcony. Mere steps to beach or boardwalk (not a noise issue at all this time of year) and there's a bike rental place a half block away. Good communication and keyless access. Loved it.

This was our second stay here and likely will not be our last! Very modern and very clean. The owner, Joshua, is also a pleasure to work with. Between the excellent location and the condo itself it is hard to imagine being disappointed with your stay.......this property would be tough to beat!

From the moment we saw the pictures, we thought this would be perfect for our family. When we arrived, the pictures delivered exactly what they promised. The Owner was incredibly responsive to any questions prior to check in and during the stay. The location, updated decor, cleanliness of unit, and designated parking spot added to the experience. The elevator is such a plus when you may have those with mobility issues who would still love oceanfront / boardwalk access but not in a traditional hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to do so in the future.

We stayed for 8 nights and everything about this beautiful condo was first class! The location was perfect, the condo was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and had a large balcony with ample furniture! And the spectacular views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom were breathtaking!! Joshua was wonderful to work with and super quick to respond to messages! I am always a bit sad to leave the beach, but this time I was even sad to leave the beautiful place we rented! Great experience and hope to rent Joshua's place in the future!
