We had several families stay here and this was perfect to accommodate them all. We would definitely come back.

The house survived the hurricane in good condition. Last year, the elevator was not working for half the trip. This year the kitchen sink was stopped up when we arrived and the pool was not useable for half the stay. Our handicapped party does not go to the beach, but loves the pool. Someone should check the house between rentals to be sure everything is working properly

Last week we spent a week in The Point of View home on Captiva Island Florida. The home is magnificent and definitely gets a Five Star Rating in our book, and the pictures online do the home justice for sure, but the home was even better than expected. What you are hoping for when you walk in the home is exactly what you had hoped for and more. An elegant home, beautifully decorated and except for the pier itself, which is undergoing repair as indicated in the advertisement, you wouldn’t know that Hurricane Ian had been there. Spacious in every respect and it easily housed our ten travelers with bedrooms, bathrooms, game areas, cooking facilities, an elevator and a covered pool and covered deck area next to the pool as well as indoor and outdoor games to name a very few of its many amenities. From the second and third floors you can see the Gulf of Mexico to the West and the channel to the East and the home sets on the channel itself. It is only a five-minute walk at most to the Gulf side and the sunrises from the back deck and sunsets from the beach are incredible. You will not be disappointed in the home. However, be prepared for possible surprises from workers coming for inside and outside work on or around the home. Some you will know about, some you may not. All the workers were extremely respectful and apologetic for the intrusions. The people on Captiva are great in every way. Captiva is still recovering from Ian for sure, but I don’t think you will be disappointed.

It was a wonderful week at beach! The house was big and clean to have 10-14 people. Beautiful bay view from kitchen and family room. Private dock/pool were amazing!
Kitchen was well equipped. I will stay there if I go to Captiva again! Customer service person was helpful and answered to my questions promptly!

The house was perfect for several families with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and activities. The kids loved the video games, pool, ping pong, fishing and beach. We were close to everything. The wild life was fun to watch. We saw Manta rays, iguanas and lizards, dolphins and a spotted ray. Just a couple of problems: the elevator was not working for 1/2 our stay and one child is handicapped. You also have a roach, ant and scorpion problem. The ants are all over the kitchen. There was not a day that we didn't see at least 1 scorpion. They were on all levels. Thanks for a memorable 50th wedding anniversary!

The property lived up to our expectations.
The property lived up to our expectations. It is expensive, but the family enjoys it very much and everyone keeps wanting to return. The layout is great, the location is fantastic, it is well appointed, and it is well equipped. The screened pool and lanai area is great. We can sit outside and use the pool in the evening. We would not be able to do that with properties with out the screens. And, the proximity to the Gulf and to the Roosevelt Channel is a great plus. Overall, our experiences with your team members have been great.

Perfect property for our family. There was something for everyone to enjoy.
The beach was perfect for fun in the sun, the waterway behind the house was great for fishing. If you don’t enjoy sand in your toes the property had a lovely pool. We had an awesome week.
