Ein Top Hotel mit vielen Überraschungen

Dieses Hotel ist ein Traum: man kommt an, nur Wasserfallgeräusch, überall uralte Bäume, herrliche Ausblicke in jeder (!!!) Richtung, ein Palazzo aus dem 18 Jh, cooler Aussenpool...man kommt sofort in einer anderen Welt. Das Zimmer, die komplette Ausstattung, das Essen, die Stimmung, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter alles top!!!!!

Dass ich abreisen musste :)

Peaceful with good facilities. Exceptional service from Liz and Sofia.

Poor check in experience and felt the room was not as described / outlined on website. The hotel is branded as 5* luxury but we do not think this is the case with regards check in & turn down service (when compared to similar establishments).

this hotel is the best on the aria Garda the kitchen is super bud also the hotel and the people who are working there the director is always helping and that for 24 ours

we will come back with all our family

Incredible!

Everything here was exceptional! Rooms, bars, restaurants, swimming pool, spa, bike hire, walking trail, just everything! We had the tasting menu on the first night, the food was excellent. The sommelier was very helpful and chose a very nice wine for us, without pushing the most expensive wines. Drinks at the bar came with light nibbles. The rooms were beautifully furnished, with all the nice touches, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc. Swimming pool was very nice, towels were provided and there was a pool bar and a gym.

There was literally nothing that I didn't like apart from my stay was too short! I hope to return in the next few years.

The beautiful historical building and interior design, amazing pool, gardens and vineyards, the welcome drinks and welcome note in the bedroom, the food, the view and lovely staff at the bistrot

Aperol Spritz very pricey at the pool bar, miscommunication with the staff upon arrival about the restaurant and SPA booking, average and pricey food at restaurant Oseleta (bad vegetarian food), bleak staff at reception the day we arrived, a lot of ants in the bedroom

A great spot in the middle of the wineyards where comfort & tradition meet each other!

Astonic view from the pool & terrace, very professional staff & fantastic food served with great wines from the own wineyards.

wonderful setting. gorgeous food in the main restaurant.

A beautiful building in a gorgeous setting. It was a very relaxing environment. Also there was a nice pool area. The food in both the terrace and main restaurants was excellent. Both meals were beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. thank you!

The room we had was beautifully furnished and a good size. however, given the price point, it was essentially an attic room with a large beam that restricted headroom in part of the room. The breakfast was disappointingly average and chaotic. we also had to chase up our orders 3 times. The same happened at the bar the prior evening. My expectations of service and attention to detail are based on where I stay. so, having an ashtray with cigarette butts not cleared until we asked from our table here I think shows a lack of attention to detail whereas a bar in say Verona I would be more forgiving. It is such a wonderful place and it’s a shame breakfast is my last recollection. I would also have 2 staff on checkout at 1030.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff exceptional; professional and always pleased to help

It was warm in the bedroom at night so we had to open the window which did make it noisy around midnight looking out on to the courtyard when the facilities were shutting down and the staff moving things around in the club cars

Like a fairytale!

Very nice hotel in beautifull settings. The food was excellent. A short bikeride to many lovely wine yards.

Wonderful place

Really excellent hotel, staff and facilities. Would stay here again no problem. If I had to find a fault it would be that the bistro was not as good as the rest of the hotel but still good.
