True to its name, this one bedroom log cabin in Gatlinburg Tennessee is a Treetop Treasure. Experience true mountain romance as you and your companion indulge in the fantastic views that await you of the Great Smoky Mountains. Treetop Treasure is a hand hewn log cabin that sleeps two perfect for your next romantic getaway or that needed week of rest and relaxation.
As you ascend the stairway to your luxury log cabin in the Smokies, you will feel as if you are ascending the 'Stairway to Heaven'. Heaven awaits you up top with a wrap around deck that has a hot tub and bar height table with chairs for dining alfresco under the stars, a charcoal grill for grilling those perfect steaks, burgers, and chicken.
You will be awed by vaulted great room with the wonderful view, corner wood burning fireplace, a great interior and peaceful atmosphere. The rough hewn beams, log and chinking add to the total Smoky Mountains country aura of this log cabin. You will want to stop, sit a while, and just bask in the beauty and warmth of your surroundings, and look out the window at the spectacular view! The living room has a Roku/Smart TV with popular streaming apps like Prime, Vudu, Netflix, Pluto, Pandora and more. Blu-ray DVD also provided. Adjacent to the living room is a full size pool table ready for you to test your skill and challenge your partner.
After a day of activities, the upstairs bedroom with its comfortable king size bed will lull you into dreamland. The master suite includes a Roku/Smart TV with popular streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, Pluto and more. The master bath has a nice sized walk in shower. large vanity and a soaking tub. The bedroom has a catwalk that overlooks the great room and leads to the deck equipped with glider rocker benches and a hammock.
At night, you can stargaze from the hammock on the upper deck or experience true mountain romance as you and your companion relax in the hot tub while admiring the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee.
The days activities and the ascent to your cabin may have made you hungry so you may want to use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. Preparation of meals is a breeze and cleanup is too with the automatic dishwasher.
If you choose to enjoy some of the great restaurants available in Gatlinburg they are only a short drive down the mountain.
Through the kitchen is a full bathroom with charming barn doors that hide a washer and dryer perfect if you want to pack lightly or just didn't pack enough.
Lots of year round activities await you in the Smokies. There is hiking and picnicking in Cades Cove, Chimney Tops, Mount LeConte, or Newfound Gap. Ober Gatlinburg is just minutes away. In the winter months, you will want to hit slopes for the only ski slopes in TN or do some snow boarding, skiing or tubing. The ice skating arena is open all year, restaurants and shops too. The area has LOTS of attractions, shows, eateries and shopping and new things are being added every year.
