Spacious rooms. Good bathroom with laundry facilities. Good location. Heat pumps were great on the cold nights.
Kitchen resources were a let down. Tea canister still broken from a year ago. Range hood still not working. Only 1 tea towel still. No dish brush or cloths. Cookware needs replacing. We had a high top vehicle that we had to park down an extremely long driveway because we couldn't get it past the trees leading to the carport. Clearer instructions on the rubbish bin system would have been good to know. A properly functioning vacuum cleaner would have been super helpful. Had a mop with no bucket. No spare bed linen to change beds. One of the single beds was less than desirable to sleep on. Small things that would have made our 2 week stay more comfortable.

We had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well provisioned. Plenty of linen available. The location was convenient and we appreciated the free undercover parking. It was easy to contact the host to let them know about a gas leak smell which was addressed within the week. I would happily stay here again at this price.
I suggested a door mat at the kitchen door, and the carpets probably could do with a steam clean.

Location good for local amenities.
Property was dirty on arrival in every room.
Mould in most rooms.
Glass tebag container had sharp edges where broken.
Fan grille in bathroom was filthy, cooker hood filters were very greasy and the cooker hood did not work.
Frying pan was greasy and in very poor condition.
No teaspoons and only one tea towel.
Mop buckets just left outside back door.
Dirty in yard by back door,
Torn curtains in bedrooms.
House has obviously not been cleaned properly for months.
If i could post photos here I would!

Location was good. We selected the property because of its proximity to our daughter’s house.
2.5 hour delay in getting access to the property. No tea spoons, no bin liners, no toilet paper and only one tea towel. No casserole dishes or oven ware.

Unfortunately I didn't like much about this property and wouldn't stay here again. Was way overpriced for a run down old unit. I'll stick with staying in larger hotel in town next time.
I think I did less paperwork last time I purchased a property, I had to complete a number of forms, upload id's and then provide credit card details along with a $295 bond. There were so many communications from the host requiring action on my part. Was way to complex and difficult a process for a 1 night stay. The apartment had that rising damp smell of an old peoples home. The dishes in the kitchen were not clean. Stains on the carpet and couch and generally run down. No black out blinds, just flimsy broken curtains so you are waking up with the sun. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location, walking distance from cafes, bakeries, shops, restaurants and the beach.
The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac, well away from the busy main road.
It was well priced for the area and provided good, if a little basic, accomodation. We’d stay again.
When we arrived, the kitchen was filthy, the kitchen table broken, there was no rubbish bin in the kitchen, there were marks all over the walls, curtains off their hooks and pictures off the walls. The garden was overgrown and strewn with rubbish, and there was no table or chairs in the garden. Because we were staying for a month, we spent a couple of hours clearing it all up, fixed the table and bought a bin. Then it was fine.
The property really does need an outside table and chairs, a better equipped kitchen and some simple maintenance done. All low cost things that would make a big difference.
