It's OK for once

I appreciated the quick communication from the hotel. We opted for breakfast/dinner included, which turned out to be the right decision as all other restaurants were closed due to the off-season. The room was clean and spacious.

While face to face, there were occasional smiles and attempts at communication, but I couldn't feel genuine warmth or hospitality from the heart. The hotel told me dinner was from 7 pm, but when I arrived at the restaurant, people were already dining and several menu items were unavailable. I contacted reception because the water was not warm. They informed me that they had increased the strength of the boiler and suggested I keep the tap open until it became warmer. After a long wait, it only became warm, not hot, and I felt guilty about wasting water. In conclusion, the hotel was just okay; I can't say I am fully satisfied. However, after receiving a complaint from the hotel, I adjusted my score to be more favorable. Good job, hotel.

Kleine kamer met te veel meubels, maar goed bed

Mooie omgeving en plek om de auto te parkeren, ookal was de plek moeilijk te bereiken omdat het erg smal was. Prima bed met goed matras en leuke rugsteun die je bij het hoofdeinde kon plaatsen zodat je een soort bank kreeg.

Een deel van de douche heeft geen deur zodat de badkamer nat wordt en een ochtend alleen koud water uit de douche.

Good value for money

Excellent location for ski less than 5 min walk from the door is the line closest, no good place to party at night at all but okish apres ski nearby

The inroom sauna didn’t work and the timer to use it was too short

Le stanze sono davvero molto carine. Ottima la posizione per quando si finisce di sciare. E il personale è molto gentile

c'è poco spazio per parcheggiare vicino alla struttura.

Migliorabile..

La posizione nel centro del paese. Discreta la colazione. Gentili e preparati i ragazzi del pub accanto e la signora Petra delle colazioni.

Mi dispiace, ma ho trovato poca attenzione in generale. Ci è stata assegnata una camera che dava sulla parte posteriore dell'hotel, da cui avevamo le pendici della montagna a 10cm. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il riscaldamento e con la scelta dei cuscini durante la prima notte (passata insonne, complice il "letto matrimoniale" composto da due materassi singoli affiancati). Complementi del bagno da rivedere, nonostante sembrerebbe fatta da poco una ristrutturazione... Insomma, non una esperienza eccellente, nonostante fossimo in bassa stagione e non c'era troppo movimento. Probabilmente le aspettative erano altre.

Stanza grande e pulita, ben arredata. Bagno molto grande con all'interno una piccola sauna. Personale gentile.

Parcheggio molto vicino ma scomodo posizionare l'auto, le bevande della colazione vengono fatte con un distributore self-service

המקום היה יפה, נקי ונוח. המיטה והמקלחת היו מרווחים. ארוחת הבוקר טובה אבל ללא ירקות. המארחות היו אדיבות ונחמדות. ביחס למחיר - ממש מציאה.

We were at room 216- it is just next to an external staircase that leads to a service room; so late in the night and early in the morning we heard footsteps of the staff Plus - the shower in the room was not sealed so a lot of water poured out Other than that - any other room should be good

מקום נקי, צוות מדהים, מיקום מעולה עם חנייה וקרוב למסעדות נחל זורם צמוד למלון מקום מהמם.

חדר קטן מעט , היה לנו זרם חלש במים החמים אבל תיקנו לנו כשאמרנו לצוות.

A great choice for a short staying

1) Nice staff - there were no problems with check-in or staying there 2) Good location - right in the village center, about 5 minutes walk to bus stops 3) Clean and comfortable room with well-equipped bathroom 4) Very good and various breakfast 5) A really great view from a balcony to mountains 6) Change of towels happened every day

1) It would be very good to have at least a small bar fringe in the room. And also a table in the balcony 2) There is a very loud water stream right near the hotel, so it can be noisy to sleep with opened windows 3) The room wasn't big - but it had a balcony (it was a great plus), which, however, wasn't clean at all.

Superb

The hotel really new and clean. Beds are comfortable. Good location and nice surrounding. Easy to check in and check out. Breakfast was also nice. I would like to stay here again.
