Staff great, really nice

A pub with rooms is always a gamble based on how far the rooms are from the bar. This is obviously a fantastic pub with a great clientele but when you’re trying to sleep and the action is right below you it’s hard. Not totally negative but I think a warning on your website to advise things might be noisy up to about 12-30 would give people an informed decision on whether to book

We didn’t stay

We booked this as a stop en route to elsewhere.

When we saw the pub’s location on a busy corner and saw that there would be live music starting at 9pm we didn’t even go in. We knew we would not like it.

Lovely little find

I liked absolutely everything about this place clean tidy neat smart outstanding friendly staff showed me to my room which was clean smart freshly decorated very nice finishes far better than any Travelodge or box standard hotel I've ever stayed in. Impressive and definitely will be back.

There's nothing I can say I didn't like about the place.

Breakfast: She often call me “love” for example: you like more bread or juice love? I really liked this / the English Breakfast was amazing The staff was very kind and helpful The hospitality was outstanding

Absolutely gem of a place will definitely be returning

The room were clean and loads of space and storage . Plenty of tea and coffee in room and iron and ironing board and hairdryer supplied which was a lovely touch

Walls are very thin and could hear people in next room talking into the early hours

The lady from the breakfast was very kind. The breakfast was very basic but she made it with love.

a touch noisy but then it was a pub late at night could not get c/h or aux electric heater to work slightly cramped bathroom area - but I am a larger person.

A good choice for an overnight stay especially if you like live music.

We enjoyed the room which was comfortable and clean. The bar downstairs had a pool table, darts and a friendly atmosphere. Though there was no food available the staff called a taxi to take us to Morley town centre which was only 5 minutes and £4.50 away. The cooked breakfast was good.

Easy access from Motorway, and close enough to Leeds city centre. Comfortable bed, and room quite clean.

The rooms are just above the pub. Very noisy until well past midnight. In spite of having the room booked for another day, I left, since it was going to be impossible to have any proper rest for the second night in a row.

Disappointing

The breakfast was hot and generous. The staff were friendly. There were tea and coffee making facilities in our room.

The room was cold, the duvet very thin and there was a constantly unpleasant odour in the bathroom. Parking facilities were limited largely because the venue is a well-frequented pub which also meant noise until quite late.

Ideal for a visit to Leeds

The staff was top class, the location was perfect for what we wanted to do.There was entertainment every night.

Nothing really all good, But be aware this is also a pub so expect noise during open times.

Everything was of a very high standard and the owners were very welcoming and accommodating

The room was spacious, light & airy, even though it is on a main road I had the best night sleep. The breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and plentiful. I couldn’t rate this property highly enough.

There was nothing to dislike - I would just say, don’t judge a book by its cover as the interior is exceptional.
