Lovely apartment, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to family and friends

Fantastic location, all amenities provided, even a washing machine, private courtyard with bbq

No bath towels provided on main bed (this was likely an oversight) but we just used the towels from the other room/bed There was a used coffee pod left in the machine

Well equipped, lovely place to come back to after very busy days.

Location was fantastic for our purpose. Really lovely place. Would definitely stay there again.

Wished there was another easy chair, ended up bringing outside chair in as we were a party of 4 adults.

Absolutely loved our stay here at Kristen & Pete’s home. Such a warm and welcoming couple and the household was perfect for us. Being situated in the heart of the mount made it easier for us too go too and from trainings during the day and having a list of activities Kristen & Pete left in the book for us made our days better as we ticked off a lot of things we had never done thanks too them. Thanks too this lovely mellow home we stayed in we managed too bring home 7x Golds back too Gisborne and we couldn’t thank you guys enough for your hospitality. Sorry we couldn’t fill out the guest book as our pen ran out but we couldn’t have been more grateful. Thank you Kristen & Pete looking forward too coming back in the future - Heath & Te Kura Awhio BJJ

cosy basement

it was very clean and tidy and the host was very nice.

it’s a basement flat and so the air is very still. we washed some clothes but couldn’t hang them outside because of the weather so a tumble drier would have been handy. it’s relatively expensive for what it is.

Not really a property I would use again.

Decor is tasteful, well maintained. Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher and useful appliances. Secure parking is included.

We would have liked to have known about the 8 wooden steps down to the apartment, as we are an older couple with not-so-great knees. We found a lack of air in the apartment made the rooms hot and stuffy, a fan above the bed might be a good addition. The worst was that it is under the family home and the owners’ teenagers had a lot of people sleep over on our last night causing us to be woken at 12:30am and 3:30am when they stomped up the wooden steps to the family home’s front door, and slammed it shut.

Quiet place, comfortable and easy to get to the beach and golf club which is what we wanted.

Keys were left for us which made it easy. No matter how much we looked we did have trouble finding the lockbox. Found it on the last day as I was ringing the manager. So no issues

The traffic on Golf road was busy, which made it a tad difficult for us to get out of the initial park.

best place to stay when visiting tauranga, highly recommend!

clean, tidy, cozy and had everything we needed! owners were very lovely. location was great - very short walk to the dairy and beach and easy drive to everything!

Superb

Amazing facilities. Everything we could have asked for in the kitchen. Tasteful decor and a hint of fun with the penguins.

The shower head had a bad case of dropsy. Also late night/ early morning disturbances. Party revellers returning home???. Happened both nights.
