Sea Plus is a cute cottage with lots of room for a large group. The beach front property with direct access to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Though the property and furniture are a bit dated, it has a quaint, comfortable feel as though you are staying with a favorite grandparent. It was extremely well equipped and very comfortable for our group if eleven people.

Perfect beach cottage, had everything we needed including an amazing view and walk out to the beach. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all you could ever ask for? Was a wonderful get away for my family and we will certainly book again.

The house is a few steps from the beach. The back porch had plenty of room and plenty of rocking chairs. We all enjoyed sitting on the back porch enjoying the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. If it rains, you can still sit on the back porch and watch the ocean. Dolphins came by every morning and afternoon. Shopping and restaurants are within a couple of miles. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils.

The only negative was the “processing fee” which was greater than the rent due.
Not afraid to pay what the full asking price is, just wont use Vacasa again due to the shade.

Ocean front-very close to waters edge. Great porch with large overhang for shade. Well stocked kitchen. The four bedrooms-two on each side of the house with a bathroom separating each pair of rooms.

Well thought out interior
The set-up in the bedrooms of this house were perfect for our family. We needed at least three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a fourth with only one bed needed. This house was perfect for us. The location was great and the grandkids had a blast being right on the beach. We especially loved the common area. It was large, well planned and enough space for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was one of the better equipped we have stayed in over the years and having a large pantry for grocery items is a true blessing! Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

Wonderful location - but the house needs a bit of work
This place has breathtaking views, it was gorgeous to sit out on the porch and watch the sunrise/sunset over the ocean. The beach was in great condition and the kids loved searching for jellyfish and crabs. The house is a little outdated, and was dirty in quite a few places, especially around heaters, windows, and such. The house also is a little warped from the years of sitting on posts, which was noticeable when walking around. A good deep cleaning and some paint, along with the replacements of aging light fixtures would breathe life back into this place! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall, a great trip! House was bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise! The layout worked really well for our family (for reference 2 families, with 5 young kids). Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. The house itself was definitely dated and could use some updating (sp the bathrooms and mattresses). The house was clean enough, definitely sandy upon arrival but not terrible. It worked well for our family with young kids, we were not constantly chasing after our them or having to worry that they would break something! The deck and proximity to the beach were definitely the highlight of the house! Botany Bay was our favorite local attraction (just make sure to check the tide schedule before going).

Beautiful beach cottage...great set up. There is a Keurig machine! Very well set up for a large crowd...the rocking chairs sold me of this beach house.

Just what we needed
First time in Edisto Island and it was wonderful. Sea Plus was a great fit for our little family—both for convenience and ocean view. The back deck was our favorite part. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Beach house that produced RELAXATION
Great house situated right on the beach, made our life so easy with three little ones. We were able to walk right out on the beach each morning, have coffee on the porch in the morning while watching dolphins and shrimp boats. Very pleased with the house and accomodations.

Our vacation was awesome, as usual. There were a few areas that needed improvement, however. The house could have been cleaner (a TON of sand under all the rugs upon arrival), we encountered a number of bugs even though we sprayed upon arrival, the bathroom fixtures need attention, and the eyes on the stove seemed to either be HOT or off. We required maintenance while we were there. It was handled quickly and efficiently, although the maintenance worker did not wear a mask while he was there.
