La mia casa a Kochkor!

Come essere a casa! Camere confortevoli, pulizia eccellente, colazione ottima e abbondante. La cucina condivisa è un ottimo modo per incontrare e socializzare con altri viaggiatori. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile :)

A great place

What a great place to spend your time in Kochkor, before or after a trip to beautiful Song Kul lake. We had a nice and clean room, with super clean shared bathroom and toilet. The common kitchen gave us the opportunity to meet and spend the evening with the other guests of the house. The lady of the house is so sweet (Sultaneta) and prepared for us a vegan breakfast as we asked the previous day. She is always available and helpful with all her guests. The price is excellent!

Wonderful place and people

I loved it, it was absolutely wonderful. Mrs sultaneta is a marvellous host a warm caring and loving person. Everything was taken care to perfection. I cooked the best food, excellent facilities. Many thanks

Walking distance to the center of town...Everything was fine

It would have been nice if there was a sign maybe right outside that made it easier to find. It wasn't immediately noticeable that the house was the guest house.

It was an amazing stay. The host is amazing, speaks english. The breakfast is great: filling, healthy, has lots of vegetables. The property is very clean, you can also do your laundry. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable guesthouse. Big rooms, good shower a nd breakfast. Malika is very kind and helpfull, we could leave our luggage when trekking. Can really recthis guesthouse!

about 5-10min to bus/taxi station. really nice and welcoming landlady. great breakfast! :)

there seems to be some brick-making facility in front of the house so in the afternoon it can be quite dusty when walking to the guesthouse.

Very comfortable, very very clean. It's a new building next to the family house, they have four private rooms (1 double, 2 twin and 1 triple) with shared toilet and bathroom and a very nice kitchen and common area. There is a washing machine (200 som) and place to hang your clothes to dry. The rooms are really beautiful, have a lot of space and they are actually looks much better than the photos here. The breakfast are huge and very tasty! Sultanat, the owner, are really nice person to talk with, and she will make sure you will be satisfied. All of that for a price of a hostel bed. Amazing value for money.

Thea are no AC, during summer can be hard. Lack of power (electric) plugs.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, lovely host, you feel home in this little guesthouse. You would appreciate some quiet place to stay and relax after some hiking. I recommend a hundred percent.

I would definitely recommend staying here while you're in Kochkor.

The location was great (walking distance to the bus station), the room and bathroom were comfortable and the kitchen was clean and spacious. The hostess, Saltanat, was very helpful and nice (we accidentally double booked one night and she helped us cancel the second booking without charging). She doesn't speak English but is definitely a Google Translate pro. The breakfast was also nice.

A delightful stay

This is an excellent guesthouse. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly and makes it a pleasure. The beds are comfortable. There is a kitchen with basic cooking equipment. It's quite close to the centre of town. The breakfast is huge and so tasty! The property also doubles as a factory for concrete bricks which is... unique!

Great place to stay in Kochkor. Perfect location - two steps to the bus station and very close to the market and all the shops. The guesthouse is on the second floor of the building with its own kitchen and shower/bathroom facilities. The family lives in a separate building. The rooms are very well renovated, everything is clean, feels new and works well. There's a washing machine - super handy for after multi-day yurt stays! But the best part is a wonderful friendly host Sultanat! She's super-welcoming and makes killer breakfasts!

Malika's house is very comfortable and super clean. The bathroom was also very nice. Malika's mother was our kind host, helpful and lovely. Breakfast was really great. We highly recommend this place to any travelers. Excellent value!

Host is super friendly and helpful!! Room is big, beds are good. Kitchen and shower are really clean! Washing machine available. Breakfast is great! Felt most comfortable!

Owner gave me a private room when possible. But there are cheaper guesthouses in town that would do the same. Comfortable room.

Too much road noise--guesthouse is right on the main street.
