Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. Outside shower looked nice, but also I didn’t use it. Restaurants nearby were nice and within 15 minute drive.Overall it was a nice stay. I wish there was a meal prep and eating area. A kitchen sink and the ability to wash dishes or at least my tea mug would have been nice.

Thanks to a wonderful host. Helene thought of everything. From Beach towels and chairs, to coffee and tea. The space is comfy, cozy and super clean. It is in a suburban area, away from the crowds, but close to both the north and south shores. So quiet and tranquil. We were visiting relatives, and unfortunately weren't able to spend more time at the apartment to enjoy the deck and outdoor shower. Would definitely stay again. LOVED the super quiet, non creaky wide plank floors and the bird bath.

The property and accommodations were great, everything looked new and had a Cape theme. Outdoor shower was fantastic, I used it every day. Location convenient to both the bay and ocean side beaches adn Hyannis is a short drive. Would definitely return next summer.

It is a lovely, tastefully decorated apartment with great artwork hanging on the walls for your pleasure and is secluded among some beautiful trees and well kept flower gardens.
We were never far away from our destinations, but we definitely needed a car to explore the Cape. Everyone we met was extremely friendly, helpful and informative.
The apartment opens onto a patio with two lounge chairs and a bistro table and two chairs where we enjoyed lobster with some wine from Peterson’s Fish Market one evening.
Although climbing stairs is necessary to get to the apartment, the stairs are sturdy and wide with plenty of depth to accommodate larger feet.
We would definitely stay there again!

Heleneʻs property is just fantastic. The space is large and clean, with great character and comfort. I enjoyed the trees, quiet, amenities, and the desk with the picture window (the dog I peered out of the window is adorable too). It fit my needs perfectly, as I had to work remotely during the days, then explored around the central Cape in the evenings. The location is so serene and central to many Cape villages. I had not been to the Cape in years, so this opportunity to enjoy the tranquility and joys of the central Cape made me so sublimely happy. Though I missed my family, Helene is so welcoming and offers such a homey property, I felt immediately at ease and enjoyed every second of my time. Thank you for hosting me!

This is such a beautiful property and we had a very comfortable stay. Helene thought of everything to make us feel at home with lots of nice touches throughout the suite. We especially loved to sit on the deck with our morning coffee or afternoon drink. Helene was very friendly and kind and communication was great. The location was ideal for us. Just about equidistant to north and south beaches, near bike trails, restaurants and shopping. We hope to come back!

As first timers to Cape Cod, we really enjoyed this centrally located apartment on the middle Cape to get to many of its top attractions. Very nicely appointed and clean, comfortable furnishings, and everything we needed for a delightful stay, including a wonderful outdoor shower. Highly recommend!

I like the patio. I like the outside shower. I like the barbecue pit. And I like the benches built around the tree. And the property was clean and it felt Like I was at home. I would like to live there. And the hostess was very friendly and nice.

Absolutely lovely place and location. Better than advertised.
Helene was a great host. It was comfortable and clean. She even left us flowers one day on the steps with a note. So so sweet. Outdoor shower is also a win.
My only concerns were allergy based. I think perhaps her cat may have been in the apartment at some point. And there is a locked closet that must sit right above the kitchen because there are shared sounds that flow up to the apartment and I am assuming flow doesn’t to her place as well.

Lovely stay
This place was truly lovely-- very clean, quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and well-maintained. The owner was very communicative during our stay. The property includes a great deck and outdoor shower (which we didn't get to use) and the yard is peaceful and surrounded by trees. Definitely recommend.
